There are some quality of life improvements that can be made to sailt to the S tier of digital products: Project management could be more involved and flexible, there could be more ambitious native integrations between other applications (like more/better integrations with Figma, Slack and ClickUp/Jira) and more. However, we expect much to improve and change with 2.0 around the corner.

Adapting user flows to also support more complex UML diagrams could totally own that market - it seems like such a small step to take to involve backend development with small integrated teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FlowMapp is a very intuitive application for creating wireframing. I am currently a UX Design student, and this program is suggested by my academy for my assignments. An area of improvement for FlowMapp is to offer more customizable color themes. The current color palettes are rather limited. Ideally, I would like to see a color picker that I can use from another image or program like PowerPoint so I can better match the color to my presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is pretty much the only tool in the market that combines user profiling (personas), user journey mapping, user flow mapping, and comprehensive sitemapping tools.

The biggest draw was the sitemapping features. It quickly lets you add, move, and edit pages and sections, even for a fairly large site. The ability for team members and/or clients to participate in a conversation per page is also a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to use and collaborate with team members and client. This web app has excellent UX making it easy and fun to use. I love the Site map where you can create your individual pages and plan what content will be on those specific pages while allowing your client to view and collaborate with you clearly identifying each page goal. This application actually helped me win a big contract because the client really loved the Personas feature where I was able to create their client persons based on their Google Analytics Traffic. I had to sweat a lot to pull out of the project to solve my problems - UX research and prototyping. The service is suitable for products at a very early stage, if you are a big product, you better use something more flexible in settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The FlowMapp platform is fantastic! Being able to add our team and clients with different levels of access has saved us SO much time in gathering content and images not to mention creating an easy-to-use working sitemap, customer journey maps, user flows, and personas (all with premade templates, or from scratch!) Under the Site Map tool, I like how we can outline the content of the sections of a page. In the absence of a more sophisticated commenting tool I like that we can export an image of the site map or even better generate a PDF that has the copy and the site map. We can then send it to a customer for them to pinpoint specific edits for us to make and also save it to our files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a way to allow a customer to comment directly on the Site map that was shared with them. The Site Map process takes some time to get used to. I am still learning about what is possible with this program, but I wish there was an easier way to indicate where a call-to-action button is on the page and indicate where it would lead to when clicked. With flowmap I can easily create sitemaps and UX strategies or funnels. The ability to add labels, to add pre-set cards makes everything easier. In addition, the export function is really functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately it is not possible to create multiple sitemaps per project. For example, same project that has both an ecommerce and a website. In that case, you need to create two separate projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Even for a seasoned professional, a blank piece of paper can be intimidating. Using a specialized tool can kickstart the creative process. The ability to add sitemap pages into user flows means that by the time you're done with one, you're nearly done with the other. It's a surprisingly effective pairing, and allows thoughts and ideas to flow freely between them. The tool itself is quite simple to use, and has just the right amount of customization for my needs (and not much more, which is ideal for quick, iterative work).
