What do you like best about Flowmapp?

Most people are using FlowMapp for mocking up website silos and stuff like that. But to be honest... you can use it for ANYTHING.

"A Dedicated Tool for UX Design"

What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using FlowMapp for many years in my studio and academy. Its pictograms in sitemap make IA and user flow more beautiful and usable, especially when we must present it to our design customers! The collaboration and communication options are so helpful in accelerating the feedback process. I use this tool in our academy to educate IA and user flow instead of general tools like Miro because it helps my students understand the logical relation between information architecture and user flow design. What do you like best about Flowmapp?

Flowmapp is a great tool for information architecture. As a small agency focused on creating user-friendly websites, we rely heavily on Flowmapp to create and optimize our site structures and user flows. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, and we appreciate the ability to collaborate with team members and clients within the platform. As a digital marketing instructor at various universities, I also recommend Flowmapp to my students as a valuable resource for planning and organizing their own websites and online projects. What do you dislike about Flowmapp?

One aspect of Flowmapp that could be improved is its flexibility regarding multiple main nodes or templates. While the current setup works well for our needs, it would be nice to have the ability to create and customize multiple templates for different projects or clients. Additionally, we often include SERP (Search Engine Results Page) information in our planning process, but currently have to add it as a text block within the main node. What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?

A central source for new website content is essential when it comes to building effective information architecture. Although mindmap tools like Flowmapp can certainly be helpful, they are not the only solution. It is important to have a central location where all website content can be stored and accessed by everyone involved in the project. This ensures consistency and accuracy throughout the entire planning process and ultimately leads to a successful end product. Customization panel (colors, borders etc) on the bottom of the screen - sometimes gives pain: you click on the element, then you need to go to the bottom of the screen, click to the color customisation, then on specific color.. then again and again) It's not the critical issue, but sometimes really hate this thing.
