I love that I can move from asset to asset and within different asset groups so quickly. It's great for multitasking and for back and forth referencing. Flowmapp is fantastic because it has sitemaps, personas, user flows, and customer journey maps all-in-one. The combination of all of these design files is highly convenient. The only thing I would love to see is the ability to see assets displayed side-by-side. This type of layout option would make it easier to compare and contrast different personas or user flows when I'm presenting. Bundle changes are not available (you have to for example delete pages of structure one by one or delete the whole branch of pages).

Its an application for preparing site maps and flow charts that explain the flow of the process of things. Its can be used by anyone who wants to make a presentation describing the flow of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to learn. It was a bit confusing at first with terminology, but the support team is fast and responsive – thanks again! We use Userflows and Sitemaps for work, for the most part, but CJM and Personas are definetely looks interesting – we'll give it some tests in the future. What really stand out FlowMapp amongst competitors is how fast we can create and update userflows according to our needs. Since the amount of work we have to do grow significantly not so long ago, FlowMapp is an absolute time saver for us. Only 1 sitemap for the project, but the support team noted that this limitation should disappear in version 2.0. A better explanation of how the team's functionality works would be great.
