I use this program daily. The Floor Plan is incredibly detailed and interactive. I love the ability to change the camera angles so I can see points of view from the guest's perspective. The designer's attention to detail for every room and item is extraordinary, down to the individual chess pieces on the game board.
Where most other systems use folders, this platform uses tags which makes it much easier to find one's diagrams for a specific room faster. The ability to also add mutliple tags to each diagram is equally helpful.

Being able to lock in a selection would be helpful, e.g., when I choose the select key, the item, and then delete it, the system automatically switches to view mode. The text boxes can also be difficult to use. Where double clicking an item selects it, double clicking a text box duplicates it. It’s an amazing tool that helps to sell more/better. The client can see exactly what the meeting room will look like for their meeting, dinner or event. The great thing about it is that you can even add your own furniture and decorations, that is created by the Visrez Team, to make it even more accurate. The Visrez Team is also very approachable & fast in responding to your needs. There are many videos available as well on how to build the floor plan which makes it easy to use. The tool helps my meeting organizer to visualize his/her meeting room. Every small detail can be integrated which makes the plan so realistic. Visrez is a very user friendly program for both beginners and professionals. I'm not gonna lie, it takes some time to get used to the interface, but after you'll get the hang of it, it all makes so much sense. The tool is flexible and I love that you can custumize different items (screens, exhibitions with company logos). The 3D visualization bring the floorplans to life. One of the things that I would love to have is an option to align a certain set up so it's precisely straight in the room or precisily centered in the room. I know there is an option to align and distribute items, but that's only applicable to the selection. I would like to have this functionality so it looks at the space as a whole as well. It gives very realistic feel of the space and gives a full perspective of what to expect. Presenting it to our customers, allowed to cut time in negotiation in trying to convince of how certain space will work. It also helps our event managers to have a correct count of inventory would fit in in each space in certain style.

Such an improvement over the other diagram system that we've been utilizing for the past few years across our organization. Easy to use with so many features and the exported PDF's look fantastic (especially since it breaksdown the inventory of items on the digrams!).
