Way easier than DocuSign. Love how it automatically goes into the file when I approve what is uploaded. I also like how the templates will match for the most part. Very rarely do I need to redo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a little bit of a dislike for the milestone part of Floify. I am not sure if that is Floify's issue or my companies, but I wish that the milestones would update in realtime with the Encompass file. I also wish it were slightly easier to place the signature's onto the document. The whole drag and drop is fine, but if I clicked on signature and clicked on the document and it knew to place the signature where I clicked, boy oh boy 5 stars. I can say that What I most like about Floify is how easy and organized things are, you can learn how to use it very fast and have all the information required to make your business a complete success Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful about Floify is the fact that you can have every single document from a borrower on just one platform, and is very easy to use even for the borrowers, I trained myself with youtube videos to know how to upload and request documents, but the borrower doesn't need to do that as they only click on "docs owed" and upload all from there, and the fact that Floify was updated and now we can upload maximum of twelve documents per request, is amazing because it has simplified a lot the work of uploading documents. In addition, Floify has a lot of features, like uploading, downloading, requesting signatures, having docs templates, etc., that make our work as a mortgage broker way easier. I do not like that it has happened to me that I am uploading a lot of documents, and the "message" that I add as a comment, sometimes goes to another file, like I was supposed to write on a, let's say, paystub "paid through 07/11" but instead, that comment goes to another document that I uploaded in the same request. Another fact that I dislike is that, if I am only uploading one document from "docs owed" the name does not change, even if I write "Paystub", it does not save that name and just uploads it with the same name that was saved when we requested it. I think my favorite part of Floify is the integrations and general support. I've never used a POS that has as many tools readily available, not the ability to create co-branded mortgage applications. Top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, Floify isn't syncing with LendingPad which is causing me a lot of headache. I'm paying for Floify+ and not receiving A+ service or support. "A fix is in route" doesn't exactly help the lack of communication between software platforms and is definitely a huge drawback. If I used LendingPad's POS, I wouldn't be having these issues. Floify is an easy interface for both borrowers and loan officers. Easy for a processor to jump in and add documents, and communicate with the borrower. The number of integrations and customizations allow almost anyone from any loan or mortgage company to work with their current technology to have floify fit right into their "flow." The only issue is the lack of integration with OpenClose LOS system. But this is not an issue of Floify and more of OpenClose wanting to push their built-in Consumer Assist portal for borrowers, which is vastly inferior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easiest client management system I've seen specifically for loan origination. Templates are easy to work with to request information for different types of loans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like an easier way to get back to the client's dashboard without having to go all the way back to home and clicking on the client again. Also, navigating between docs owed, pending review, and accepted could be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Why is Floify my #1 most recommended mortgage business tool? Because right out of the box Floify saved me time. Collecting documents from the borrower is sometimes like pulling teeth..a major pain! And if you have a lot of loans in the pipeline, it can be a full time job just to keep track of all of them especially when you have different timelines to meet on all loans. Floify makes is SOOOO much easier because 1. you can send document requests that are 100% custom to the borrower and loan type with the click of a button. 2. you can set custom due dates on each loan so you never miss a deadline again. 3. I don't have enter the same data multiple times be cause it synch and my CRM and creates a fnma file so I can drag and drop that into my LOS. 4. You never have to 're-check' if someone sent you a particular document or if they sent you all the documents, because the auto notifications in the system tell you. 5. The auto notifications it emails and texts to the borrower and all parties involved is a great time saver as well.

There are many features I really like and I could go on and on about but rates a are low and I'm busy and Floify has certainly been a help in that. The lack of quick and easy editing and customization features on the landing page. I don't want to learn code or hire someone to change stuff, I want a quick easy GUI and drag drop type of page. I also would like to have the ability to have several different landing pages based on various normal customer needs, loan programs ,etc. Also would like to created multiple custom milestones and save them so they are custom to the transaction Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is so easy to get clients/leads to create an account, get them to submit a complete loan application and collect the needed documents to get their loan process started. You avoid them needing to email you or text your images and docs. Love that you can approve or reject documents on the system and let them know why you are rejecting them. Easy to request new ones and even send over docs that need to be e-signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

haven't come across really anything that I disliked. It connects to our Lending Pad which connects to our Jungo, so it's helped streamline our process a lot. Support is good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
