I love the fact that the email marketing platform grows with you and not against you, the value for money is excellent and they continue to develop new automations to help make life easier - which is always a win!

The email build systems are super easy to use and implement and I find it much less clunky than the likes of mailchimp.

I love that I could pay for the whole year and save on spending more each month! It was easy to connect to our Shopify platform. There was an ease of integration to our flow of email marketing. I loved building the email exactly like I wanted and not being so restricted to a few options. I can tailor each email to whatever theme and holiday or sale event! Easy to use. Other than the most gorgeous designs that make our life so much easier, I love that flodesk doesn't have different tiered packages/prices for the number of contacts in your account. No matter how big your grow your contact list, you can always count on flodesk to deliver! - incredibly aesthetic inside the platform. Previously, I was designing our newsletter on Canva and uploading to Mailchimp, which took me entirely too long to format and size correctly. Not to mention the pain of linking to other web pages or PDFS

- you can embed your own photos, or it connects directly to unsplash for free

- The reporting and metrics are top-notch

-you can host your PDF file directly in Flodesk, previously I uploaded it to Google Drive, making the link public, and then pasted that into the newsletter

- segments and audience types are easily color coordinated and you can tell who is included in what audience at a glance

- One of my favorite features, lead capture forms included

Honestly, I haven’t found many things to NOT Like.

-You can send from two different email addresses in one account, I do wish there was the option to add more email addresses under the same account.

- There’s no app, so I have to open it from Safari on my phone.

- it’s not spam-friendly, so I don’t load bulk lists of random people you've never connected with, or random lists into the system. They will flag you as spam very fast and kick you off the platform.I have an audience of about 5K in the platform now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
