We had represnetatives who were very kind and eager to help us integrate the interface into our company. They were all helpful and very informed but our company was not equiped/ready to switch over to a new time tracking tool. The google calendar integration is also very convenient. There are too many functions on this platform and too many different ways to use it. This has caused confusion in how our compnay uses it and has led to lots of incosistencies which prevents us from using the tool effiecnlty. The schedule also shows such a small preview of calendar events of time allocations that it's not very helpful unlesds you click into it which is much less conveneient. I like how easy it is to move blocks of time around - the shortcuts are nice to use as well! It intergrates well with google calendars too so we can easily keep track off meetings that get put in with the team and can make sure resource isn't maxed out. - Placeholders should be free. It's challenging to plan the future of hiring and business development pipeline with high uncertainty. I need to put possible future employee but not paying because if I don't sell they are never going to be a real employee

- Reports should be easier, there are many options and you need to do so many trials to get what you need.
