What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

The software is very easy to use. Customers are easily directed to the fixme.it website to download the remote support client exe. Also appreciate the unlimited number of unattended clients available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

Doesn't work great when customers have slower internet connection. In some of these situations we are forced to use other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

The best option on the fixme, is on unattended remote and just the client link i have complete ability to transfer files and restart and stay connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really wish that the expert end of the Techinline Support had an app for ios so I could use the expert end on my iPad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

if possible create your custom client file and send to them via email or put a link on your webpage for them to download.

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for your feedback! Have you tried our new screen scaling features? They make viewing larger or smaller (or even multiple) screens a lot easier. For instance, when connected to a remote desktop that has a larger screen resolution, you can either choose the new Scale to Window option (fits the remote screen in a single window that can be resized at your own convenience) or Optimal View option (automatically calculates the optimal view settings based on your and your client's screen resolution).
