What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I like the fixed yearly cost. I like the ease of getting my customers connected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

I wish I could push files down to my customers. I would like the option to present to a group of customers at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FixMe.IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

That I can access Multiple computers , Make it look custom. It is great. Always being updated too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

The software is very easy to use on the user end and very easy to instruct patients on how to get the connection code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

Some patients are not able to use the system if they're work computer blocks it. Also, to my knowledge, it still does not work on a Mac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

Never have had a problem using fixme.it. I have been using this service for over ten years so I am not sure if this is the original platform but in this many years it has never failed me. It is a solid connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

FixMe.IT's take on remote support is very streamlined. The simplicity on the end user side is wonderful, and they don't even have to be an admin on the computer! They have also clearly considered the technician's experience as well. Unattended access is a breeze to set up (you can't even call it 'configuring', it's so simple!). The ability to create a branded page is fantastic and I will definitely be setting that up. The reporting feature is also a welcome tool. Having the ability to remotely reboot a computer and send files to the remote computer are also fantastic features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

The only downside that I can think of is the Windows only support. I know that they are actively working on the ability to support Mac, which I definitely look forward to. Linux compatibility would also be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the only IT employee in a company with offices across the United States, FixMe.IT has allowed me to provide quick (and reliable) support to end users. In addition to the convenience of unattended support, it is also a good way to keep track of which user has which device. The simplicity of use throughout the process has saved me a great deal of time and headache, allowing me to provide better support and handle a larger workload.
