Thank you for sharing your experience and for being our valued customer!

This strange Excel behavior you mentioned – do you get a "picture is too large and will be truncated" error when trying to copy-paste tables? If so, this issue is caused by third-party apps interacting with the Windows clipboard. You can read more about this error in our recent blog post: https://blog.techinline.com/2019/02/21/picture-is-too-large-and-will-be-truncated/

We have already made all the necessary adjustments to FixMe.IT's source code, so if you're still receiving those errors, then another application is most likely to be the problem here. Or, if Excel does some other weird things that we're not aware of, please let us know and we'll do our best to find a fix: support@techinline.com

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

It's very easy for the client to download and install the software and start the session with me. It's always reliable, even in Safe Mode Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

There's nothing really that I don't like about it. It might be handy sometimes to be able to remote control Apple Macs, Android and iPhones/iPads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
