What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I like the fact that I can setup unattended access and keep them all organized and it syncs whether I am at the office or on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

The way I use the support I regularly click the wrong button because the drop downs are hover over menus instead of click menus.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

I am able to setup unattended access to all my clients workstations and servers for assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont really see a downside on the application, it seems to do everything i need it to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

The product works well. I used it for several years without any problem. It is easy to get remote clients connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FixMe.IT?

They did away with the per session licensing. You sign up for a year or not at all. I am winding down my IT work and just need to have it available. Way to expensive to renew again for occasional use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for taking the time to review FixMe.IT. First, let me point out that the information you provided about the product's pricing is not entirely correct. Currently, we offer monthly ($30/month) and yearly ($300/year) subscriptions, which means that you have the option to subscribe for either a monthly or an annual service. Second, although we did discontinue our per-session offering almost two years ago, all our users who had signed up before August 2017 are still able to purchase, renew, or switch between multiple per-session plans. This means that if you know about our per-session offering, then you still can use it without any limitations. What do you like best about FixMe.IT?

Ease of use, File transfer, Desktop console viewing and control. I use this to remote control customers PCs and laptops and clean up & start up issues. Very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
