The least helpful things I find with firmable is the wait to obtain a contact. This is a great feature but by the time I get it back I dont require the information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Deciding to sign with Firmable was straightforward for me and my Director. Chester from sales made the process easy, providing all the information and demo access we needed to evaluate the platform against competitors. Onboarding was seamless, thanks to our CS, Rowan, who regularly checks in and keeps us updated on new features. Rowan also welcomed feedback on the platform's UX. It’s been refreshing to partner with an Australian-based team in the same city, sharing a similar growth mindset. Having the option to request data is also a game changer. The completeness of data across many scale of businesses, from SMB's up to large corporations. Our business relies on cold-calling so Firmable has become a core part of our business that we use every day. The quality of data is far superior to any other product we've tried. The customer service is also excellent – if some data isn't available there is a great local team to track it down immediately. It was super simple to implement and integrate with our CRM (Hubspot).
