What do you like best about Fireflies.ai?
It is so simple to use, we just have add fred@fireflies.ai to the invite and the bot would join the event, I don't think anyone can make this process simpler. And the accuracy of transcription is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fireflies.ai?
The fact that it automatically transcribe the entire meeting, and I receive the transcript as soon as the meeting end, all combined make me like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fireflies.ai?
FireFlies AI records and transcribes all meetings, allowing you to search specific topics, as well as action items. It can also route all information into a Slack channel after a call with 90% accuracy and create action items too. You can listen to the recording at double the speed or download it into your preferred format. I love having the ability to click into a spot within my transcript and listen to a particular snapshot.
The pricing is fairly affordable vs. the cost spent to have someone join in on all our meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?
There's not much to dislike in my opinion. The first time I tried to use it, it did not work to join my Join.Me line, but worked perfectly with Google Hangouts. It is important to always include the dial-in URL and the screen share link as FireFlies AI will scan both to try to join the meeting.
I also wish that the free trial could be extended a bit longer - you initially get to have your first recording free in order to try it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
