Cost is a huge pain,k but worth it. Has some errors it randomly throws at users and takes a little longer than most to upload,k the licensing renewal, i think a one-time license is better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FileCloud is the most useful tool for data sharing. Also, it is secure, flexible, reliable, and platform-independent. This tool is very simple, light occupies very less space and of course user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As per experience, the uploading speed of the files/folders can be increased, if that works out, it'll be great to use. Also, frankly speaking, the cost of this platform is quite high, if we need additional storage that kind of cost also is high, and that is what we feel. Rest all fine. This is great tool I have encountered in my career for handling files with top most security. It provides security to all our files we are sharing, also have administrative feature so that we can handle our files with as we want. I have personally used it for sending resumes, excel sheets, reports and found be to be useful for keeping it. We can also password protect our files with FileCloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say this is very handy and quite easy tool to use. Anyone can use it comfortably. I didn't find any thing which would make me feel that i disliked it. So far it's a great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FileCloud is one of the best cloud file storage solutions, with lots of useful features such as their Sync desktop applications to allow users to sync files on the go. Support has been great with quick response times and helpful engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One feature I would like added to FileCloud is the ability to have more granular sync settings within FileCloud Drive and File Cloud Sync. However, I'm aware that these may be merging in the future and may have different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With FileCloud, you may access the same features as a file server without actually owning one. Additionally, security is built in, so you won't have to worry about your data being lost or stolen. I appreciate that they also provide an internal solution for individuals who have a physical server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one drawback we've seen is that some software, like Access, store a local file on a user's computer, which prevents data from immediately syncing. If your business is highly particular about access rights, creating file owners and groups may become confusing. Another drawback is that you cannot prevent a user from using the web portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use. The application is very straightforward to install if you are doing self-hosting, but even if you get stuck, support responds quickly and explain everything in easy non buzz word fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That File Cloud has not come up with a way to teach my users to read. File Cloud offers training video and documents, but I still have some users that refuse to read the words on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FileCloud gives you the ability to have the same functionality as a file server without actually having one. They build in security as well so you don't have to worry about your data getting stolen or lost. I love the fact that they offer an in-house solution too for those that have a physical server. The only downfall we have found is with certain applications like Access, the files won't sync right away because it keeps a local file on an individual's machine. Creating file owners and groups can get confusing if your company gets very specific with access ability. It also is a downfall that you cannot disable a user's ability to access the online portal.
