What do you like best about Fieldshare?

Fieldshare blossoms with its customizable forms and map-based organization. Gone are scattered spreadsheets, replaced by tailored data capture for each project. What do you dislike about Fieldshare?

The initial setup can be a thorny patch, requiring some technical know-how to navigate. While the learning curve isn't Everest, it can be steeper than a grassy knoll. Fieldshare uses familiar access points like spreadsheets and maps to work with data. That enables you to have more flexibility and control while retaining the familiarity of simpler solutions. It also means that there is as little training as possible when transitioning to FIeldshare. At the first glance, the tools we use are quite simple and one-dimensional. However, in Fieldshare, every data entry is interconnected. That means that you can have 1 dashboard instead of multiple spreadsheets. With the ability to jump right into the nitty-gritty of each project or task with 1 click.

The map view allows users to see an overview of all their projects on a live map. We can also integrate with existing GIS or databases to show relevant information on users' maps, as well as set up custom layers on a map.

Dashboard view shows a breakdown of projects, budgets, costs tasks, and forms. All of those can be individually accessed and viewed on a map. Apart from that, all the table fields are connected to sites, projects, expenses, and people.
