Fieldpulse allows me to keep track of everything in one place. I am able to track customer communication, when i send estimates and invoices. I am able to keep track of acceptance of estimates and payments of invoices. Things don't get lost in the shuffle with Fieldpulse! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
LIke any software, the information you get out is only as good as what you put in. Creating item lists for my estimates take time, but it is not a difficult process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a couple of things that I wish FieldPulse could do. One being that I wish we could send attachments and embedded links as part of the automated emails, and the other being the ability to build quotes without having wifi or cell service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is great, and has helped us tremendously. Previous software was a challenge to get accurate reporting and was a nightmare for accounting. Their support has been nothing short of outstanding! They have gone well above and beyond to help integrate our custom requirements. With a great mobile app and integration to QuickBooks, my staff are easily able to update tickets in the field, invoice the client, collect payment, close the ticket and everything flows to QuickBooks. Booking portal does not have enough options for our needs. We have different arrival time windows for different types of service calls. FieldPulse only offers 1 option for an arrival time window, so we have to use a 3rd party booking system, and use Zapier to send over the appointments. Would really appreciate it if the API allowed all fields to be addressable, so integrations could fully integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Field pulse has changed the way we work in our company. We went from calling for dispatch to being able to schedule a service on an employee and they know the minute we schedule it. It has freed up a ton of time routing drivers and It also has helped the technicians with their paperwork and pictures for jobs they completed. We use this program every day and it was very easy to implement, it only took about a week for everyone to get used to in. It works fantastically with quickbooks sync so there was no hassle there. They always help in a reasonable amount of time with issued that you have with the program. All I can say is this program is life changing for small busines's. I don't really have any downsides. If your using it as a time clock as well you can't fix an employees hours if they are currently clocked in. You have to clock them out, fix the issue, clock them in again and manually adjust the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a challenge with limited access for me, and the settings seem to be hard to figure out for the account administrator. It created delays a couple of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ease of use of FieldPulse for both the office staff and the field techncians, everything is laid out neatly and makes using the platform easy. I also love how easy it is to assign different technicians to jobs and adjust their time entries. On top of that, I like the feature of the job page breaking down the actual travel time and actual job duration time, it makes keeping track of job completion averages very easy. I also like that the app is user friendly and I can see the schedule clearly while I am out and that I can create a job while on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that I can't unhide a job that I created on the app and I wish there was an easier way to keep track of invoices and better history tracking on invoices, estimates, and projects. For example, if I update a project from "current project" to "report workflow" my coworkers cannot see in the history that I made the change or when the change was made.
