The simplicity of the system both on the office / web end and the app for the technicians makes using it that much better. Then there is the customer service that is extremely helpful and responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some newer reporting features that don't have things like sorting in the way that some other apps have. But it is being updated and understand its still in beta. Other than that i have no other dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps to facilitate the process from sales proposal to invoicing, and helps projects move through the organization in a single application. Customer support is very responsive and I feel like they are willing to jump on the phone or email about issues and pass them up the chain to their engineering team to look into specific issues we are encountering. It doesn't sync very well with Quickbooks Desktop and it has been a struggle to get information to sync properly. I spent way too much time getting it "right" and have just accepted it is going to be a struggle getting them to talk to each other properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was hesitant to move from Paypal and my spreadsheets for tracking my invoices, but once the transition is made, there is no going back! The integration of customer tracking, proposals, invoicing, communicating, and taking payment is more than I could have hoped for. Everything! Their customer service is unmatched. The interface is so easy to use , learn and understand. I have only had one issue so far and I got on a chat with their customer support and with in minutes the guy had my issue fixed entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease it has to create and recieve PO's. Also eaiser to invoice customers directly and apply payment.

Still finding a couple of glitches, for example everytime you search a specific customer and click them to open their profile sometimes it will take you to a completely different customer. But they are actively working on it and it has gotten better since we first launched Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I trialled a number of similar programs, and have now been using fieldpulse for a number of months. Fieldpulse is more adaptive to my business than other similar programs as it is more fluid and has more custom / changeable fields. The app is also very user friendly for my staff.
The customer service has also been great to date, and the team are evry responsive to any issues. The training is great, and there is always someone to take a one-to-one call to show me how to do things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one downside is that it is not local to Australia. While this does not affect their customer service, the charges are international, so I receive additional bank fees with the monthly charges. Scheduling is what we utilize the most and has been made easier by utilizing FieldPulse. It is easy enough for our new people to understand quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
