It provides you with a platform to manage your customers, jobs, scheduling, billing, filing documentation and timesheets while also providing the ability to create your own workflows that suit your line of business. This software was easy to learn and work with. Our workforce was up and running within 2 weeks of rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ACH payments have a 5-7 business day delay. However, I was working with their finance department who was currently working and testing new banks with hope to change banks and change this to a 3-4 day turn around. I removed the ability to pay ACH and I have not had any compliments about CC only payment option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps me be as efficiant as possible, and any time I have questions or concerns i get responses quickly. It Keeps all of my customers organized with all of their information for potential warranty issues, and allows us to keep notes on customers to help assist them to the best of our abilities on any future service calls. The two things I currently would like to see improved with fieldpulse are.
First the amount of availible for use in offline mode, much of my service area is remote with no cell serivce and creating invoices, estimate or even accessing the pricebook is not possible while at these locations.
Second is the search optimization in the items list, if the item isnt typed in exactly as it was when uploaded into the system it will not find the item and will automatically prompt to create a new item. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-Text recieving option would be nice (IE "Text 1 to confirm, text 9 to cancel")
-Itemized discounts for specific groupings rather than a whole dollar or percentage off of the invoice
-You can't produce a Total product price and Total sevice price when running an Invoice report, only a Work Order report
-The message default is the same for when an invoice gets sent out versus a payment receipt, there's no option to create a seperate template
-I cant edit the Invoice to display the work order date only, it's only "Date and Time" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I work pretty late at night sometimes, and having around the clock nearly instant customer support chat is amazing. There are times where I just need a human to help me, and they never disappoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Field Pulse team from the very first day made an impression on us that was second to none. Danny from Field Pulse who started up our account was quick to get us up and running without any delays. We were then intruduced to Noor who spent several weeks training myself and our team on the transition from House Call Pro to Field Pulse. I can not put into words how helpful she was and making us feel like we were the only ones she was taking care of. Her communications with us was always spot on and all the questions we had she was able to answer or get a quick answer to all of them. She walked us thru all the features the software had and once we were able to get the basics down the software just opened up to us and became easier and easier to implement. Our office staff and our technicians use the software everyday and the ability to record our calls, save all the customer text messages, document the progress of the jobs through photos have enabeled us to give really good support to our customers. The ability to let our customers know we are on our way for each job has enabled us to continue to set ourselves apart from many of our competitors. Once we were able to take the training wheels off with the software we then moved into the next phase of their customer support. I was wishing to keep Noor to ourselves but she insured me that the next person would take good care of us to. We were then introduced to Hannah who is now our main contact with Field Pulse. The level of commitment she shows towards us is amazing and Noor was correct. Hannah is a rock star too, just like every other person we have had the privilege to work with at Field Pulse. From sending in Loom videos to help with software improvements or using the chat bubble to ask questions everyone has made our switch over to Field Pulse easy. The integration of moving over 2000 customers I thought was going to be a nightmare but the integration was easy and worth the effort that it did take. No regrets from our side. Our company runs around 5000 jobs a year and Field Pulse is making it easier to track and manage all aspects of our business. Some aspects of the more detailed features (Maintenance Agreements, Reoccurring billing, Contracts and PDFs) are cumbersome but I know they are working on improving them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Typical software glitches that plague every software service. While few and far between for me, I do see some people that seem to have more problems than others. I suspect user error, but you never really know why some of these things happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the number of features FieldPulse has to offer. They are easy to use, once you have it down it is easy to implement them to your business needs. They also come along with your for training and do video calls to intergrate your needs as well. If you ever do need any help their customer service is top notch! Since you will be using FieldPulse on a daily it is likely that every now and again something is going to come up. You will have hiccups a long the way but so far everytime I contact customer service someone is there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the interface, the variety of customizations that are available and it is easy to use! This system was fairly simple to learn as well. It has so many options and is so much better than any of the numerous programs I have tried using thus far. I Highly Recommend Fieldpulse Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The cost is more than we would have liked. We are a smal business and do not have alot of funds for this kind of thing. However, It has been worth the extra money. I love the mobile integration. Creating an estimate, scheduling a job, or creating an invoice is a snap on my phone. The app is intuitive and well laid out. The estimate and invoice templates are clear and responsive to a variety of devices. My clients love them. Fantastic and responsive customer service. The staff is eager to help find a solution and very understanding. It's not free! Sometimes features or settings are buried in the software and it takes too long to update something like an automation or an autofilled text communication. I've become more accustomed to it, but it can be a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
