**What do you like best about Fern?**

 The ability to send API requests directly through the tool when you need to test something quick is tremendously helpful because it's faster than alternatives. The team is also highly responsive which is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Fern?**

Nothing comes to mind. Looking forward to see the product grow!

**What problems is Fern solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fern allows us to have customized API documentation which is easy to read given how the tool is structured. One of the biggest benefits is the ability for internal users and customers to send test api requests to sandbox environments. Also, the docs allow sending these requests with the expected schema so it saves time and even helps with troubleshooting when API requests fail through other means.
