Top Rated Fellow Alternatives

I am a avid note taker and usually the one that writes down all the to-do's, changes, and reminders for the team. I have them on post notes stuck to my computer to remind me or in my notebook. The issue with that is the notes are not in any type of order and it is easy to miss something. Fellow allows me to keep the notes in one place for each meeting which is especially help for reocurring meetings so we know where we left off last time. I can send the notes to the team after the meeting in an email. I can also now record meetings. Lastly, my to-do list is sent to me daily so I never miss anything. Fellow has been amazing at taking detailed and accurate notes during meetings so that I can engage stakeholders more personally and don't have to worry about scribbling on my notepad constantly. It is easy to implement and integrates with my project management software, allowing me to pass off action items between tools seamlessly. I use it every single day during every meeting that I can. Whenever I encounter issues, the customer support team is quick to find or provide a solution for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't find the meeting notes section all that useful. I end up just writing things down on paper anyway. I feel like in order for that feature to be useful, it needs to be more organized. Maybe even having its own section for recurring meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fellow has significantly increased my organization and productivity around meetings. It allows me to go into each day incredibly prepared - allowing me to be more present and thougtful during the time I am spending in sessions. And when I can't make a meeting - the recording and transcriptions Fellow's AI generates is better than any other platform I have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with all software, there can be the occasional bug or friction - but they are few and far between with Fellow. And their team has demonstrated heavy interest in taking feedback from their user community, and actioning on requests. Overall, there isn't much not to like! We really like Fellow! It has saved us so much time on meeting minutes and follow-ups. Before, decisions would often get lost after the meeting with no follow-up, but now everything is clear and tracked. It pulls out action items and decisions that actually matter, keeping us on track and making sure nothing gets missed. Super helpful and easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe that it can come into the meeting about a minute late but that's about the only downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Fellow is its seamless integration with Google Meet through a browser extension. This feature allows me to share talking points in advance, take shared notes during meetings, and assign actionable tasks to participants effortlessly. It really streamlines the meeting process and enhances collaboration.
Additionally, I appreciate the ability to create templates for recurring meetings. This feature saves time by pre-defining talking points, ensuring consistency across meetings and making it easier to stay focused on the agenda.
Another great feature is the app's functionality to access past meeting notes and review assigned action items. This helps keep track of progress and ensures nothing falls through the cracks between meetings.
Overall, Fellow combines these features effectively to improve meeting productivity and organization, making it a valuable tool for team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm pleased to say that I haven't encountered any downsides or issues with using Fellow. Its features only enhance the management of online meetings. Working in a fully remote company, I find this tool indispensable. It significantly improves our workflow and communication, making meetings more efficient and productive. I truly couldn't do without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ellow has transformed the way our team collaborates and prepares for meetings. It's become an indispensable tool for streamlining agendas, tracking action items, and capturing meeting notes in one central location.
The platform's intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to use, and the integration with our existing calendar and video conferencing tools has been seamless. We've seen a significant increase in meeting productivity and engagement since adopting Fellow.
One feature we particularly love is the ability to assign action items and track their progress directly within the meeting notes. This has greatly improved our team's accountability and follow-through on commitments. Additionally, the templates for different meeting types have saved us valuable time and ensured consistency across our team's communication.
Overall, we're extremely happy with Fellow and would highly recommend it to any team looking to elevate their meeting experience and drive better outcomes. It's a game-changer for collaboration and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing yet. If anything, I'd make it more colorful. Utilizing colors for organozation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

runs in the background and provides valuable recaps when working through actions or generating growth and long-term plans. It can also offer valuable insights and suggestions through AI integrations that help ensure the right questions are asked and answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am still using the free version, but there seems to be an issue with how it integrates across multiple accounts. I use this for 3 different professional accounts and also for personal use. When I switch between workspaces, there have been some instances that require logging out and then back in or refreshing everything to ensure it's connecting. Could be the free version only, or there might be some lag in the architecture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Fellow allows for agendas, meeting notes, and action items to be carried over to the next meeting. Previously, our work teams all had different systems. It was difficult to track where we were in our progress. We were always scrambling to find the previous meetings' agendas, notes, or action items. Keeping the information all in one place for reoccurring meetings gives peace of mind and is a huge time saver. Now in meetings, we say, "It's on the Fellow" and everyone nods their head and we can keep going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have tried Copilot to record and summarize my meetings and it works wonderfully. However, not every meeting do we want to use it. I would rather just find it and add it to the meeting, not have it bother me to deny it every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their customer support is fantastic. They respond promptly in the app, explaining how to do what I am trying to achieve or helpfully link me to an area that lets me submit suggestions.
Being able to send anonymous surveys to gather feedback about meetings or peer reviews is fantastic. The calendar view of your week with the ability to schedule new meetings is beneficial. I know Outlook and Google have built-in functionality, but if I can stay in one application to do everything, I vastly prefer that. The meeting templates are a great jumping-off point if you need ideas on how to structure your various meetings, such as one-on-ones, refinement sessions, skip-levels, or almost any other type of meeting you can imagine. You add that as a template, and then everyone involved with the meeting can work on the agenda beforehand to ensure you maximize your synchronous time. They have automated reminders in case someone forgets, or if it's appropriate for the meeting, you can even set them to auto-cancel if no agenda items are added.
Many of their materials discuss leveling up meetings, but I would argue that they focus on leveling up communication. That and their action items make it straightforward to look like a superstar.
I haven't had a chance to use their AI tools, but I want every feature they've described, so I look forward to upgrading our account one of these days.
Next to Slack, this is my go-to daily app. It drives my calendar and takes only moments to set up. If you're on the fence, the barrier to entry is extremely low, and I think within a week of dedicated use by your team, you'll start to see a more engaged organization. Action Items could stand to borrow a few features from apps like To Doist. Being able to sort them by due date with reminders would be very helpful. For some reason, action items created outside of meetings can't have comments on them, and even if you make them inside a meeting, you can't view those comments from the Action Items screen. Getting the full context of an action item often involves multiple clicks. When Fellow Copilot is unsuccessful in joining a meeting numerous times, it would be helpful if the integration were auto-disabled. Having to instruct everyone to turn off that was a bit tedious. It is a very useful tool to keep track of your team meetings, set goals and track them. It allows the participation of all people involved in the assigned tasks, favoring cooperation between the team. Improve productivity as you achieve previously set goals. Just as a matter of personal taste, I wish the Fellow interface theme could be changed to colors other than the Light and Dark theme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
