so great! this has been highly useful for our business. The customer feedback platform allows us to gather video testimonials effortlessly, which are far more crediable than written reviews. The Wall of Love feature is a standout, showcasing all our positive feedback in a way that really resonates with potential customers. The ability to import reviews from various platforms ensures we don’t miss any valuable insights. I am personally a little bit Tech Savy, so I feel the interface could be more advanced. But other than that it's simple and works well so nothing much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
