For your information I'm an early adopter of Feedhive, I felt for the ease of use, I love scheduling the tweets at the best time (best time to tweet suggestions), threads maker and analytics are the best things, recently the AI stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of now, everything is fine, I'm happy with what it provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are several features and benefits that I like including:
---Modern, easy to use, intuitive UI
---Custom schedules
---Event based posting
---AI that predicts post performance, best time to post, and generates hashtags
---Conditional posting based on post performance levels
---1 click publishing to multiple social accounts
---Retweet automatically
---Recycle posts based on AI analysis
---Answer comments from within Feedhive (Social Inbox)
---Probably overlooking a few more features and benefits Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, there aren't any real dislikes. Everything works as marketed. If there are bugs, the team responds quickly. New features are released frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Where to start...
1) The FeedHive Facebook Group - the level of engagement and transparency from Simon (the Founder) is the best I've ever seen from any company I've dealt with. Even if Feedhive wasn't as good as it is, the constant enhancements, features, and updates make you feel like you've made the right purchase decision every day.
2) I love the planning and scheduling system FeedHive offers. It's easy, intuitive, and very versatile. Plus, they now offer recurring post scheduling!
3) Added features like automations, post inspirations, variables, and even their AI chat features make FeedHive a tool that has saved me hours every single day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) Post failing notifications: granted, they are becoming more insightful, but generally, I have found failed posts to be frustrating to deal with when the root cause of the failure is not clear. This may be a limitation beyond Feedhive's control, but it's annoying when you have scheduled posts and then I receive the failure alert email when I'm not able to troubleshoot and fix the issue immediately. What would be nice is if FeedHive was able to ping the API to check if the post will fail or not before the post is scheduled.
2) The AI chatbot: I've found it to be pretty useless when compared to ChatGPT. It's rare for it to really understand my inputs accurately. I'm sure this will improve over time, and it's not a dealbreaker since ChatGPT already exists.
3) Hashtag generator: like the AI chatbot, this is quite bad at providing relevant hashtags. Plus, it often takes more than 30seconds to populate them or it just fails and I have to refresh the window. I've resorted to using ChatGPT for this for greater reliability. It usually costs me a lot of time (and energy) to jump back and forth between all my social media accounts when posting for a campaign. I have already tried Hootsuite for some time, but they are costly. Feedhive is much cheaper and can do all the essential things quite similarly. The optimal time to post, feature-rich possibilities to schedule posts, plan content visually (Instagram-grid preview), and excellent inspiration tools are the software's highlights for me.
Edit: After a year and a half using Feedhive, I rely on it more than ever. They built several awesome features, and it continues to be Top!! On top, they are doing really great communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although all the essential functions work flawlessly, what would be crucial for me is the further development of the social media management process (reposting Instagram posts given an URL, Zappier + KonnectzIT integration, ...). However, they are working on a lot of stuff regarding their roadmap.
Edit: AI Content check has gotten much better. I still wait for repost feature, though, like VistaSocial has ist. My trust is still 100% with Feedhive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the UI and UX. It is very easy to use and it streamlines the posting process. There are tools like hashtag generator, post templates, variables, post notes, performance prediction, and a Get Inspiration tool. I also love being able to add a comment to my post. I'm looking forward to using their automation features to supercharge my social media output and growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, their hashtag manager needs a bit more work for it to be useful for my use. I've asked the team at FeedHive to make it more robust and gave them some features and feedback to improve it. I do not doubt they'll improve this feature because they've been improving the product every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI of this app is insane. True credit to the team. It's an absolute joy to use and looks gorgeous. All pastel shades and gradients and - wow - it's just stunning. But importantly it's easy to use and intuitive. UI is really hard to get right (i.e. every Microsoft product ever) and to see it done this well is rare. Feedhive also has some really powerful functions and tools under the hood, such as performance prediction, variables and hashtags groups. The analytics are also very clean and easy to follow. I generally like to plan with draft posts or placeholders which might only have a title or idea - currently Feedhive does not make this easy in my opinion - as you have to creat individual posts and enter a minimum amount of info on a new screen. I also don't find the AI generated ideas useful for a tech company - I've never used one of these templates or ideas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FeedHive is an invaluable tool that assists us in consistently updating and maintaining a fresh presence across all of our social media platforms. It ensures that our content remains current, allowing us to effectively engage with our audience on various channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is still in its nascent stages, which means it hasn't yet reached its full potential in terms of integrations. As a result, it currently lacks connectivity with some pivotal platforms like Google My Business and the much-appreciated integration with Canva. It's hoped that as the software matures, these essential features will be incorporated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FeedHive is pretty cool when it comes to sorting out social scheduling and posting. The clean and sleek interface is a breeze to navigate. Plus, they're always on top of the latest social media trends, ensuring your content reaches everywhere it needs to. The user-friendly design makes it easy to get around, and they're always rolling out new features and tweaks. Automated replies, conditional formatting, and support for various platforms? They've got it. Neat features like carousel post automation, a grid view design, and nifty analytics tools are just cherries on top. And, shoutout to the FeedHive team – they're super responsive, and it's evident that the founders are hands-on and genuinely care. All in all, if you're into streamlining your social media game, predicting the best times to post, and scheduling content without a fuss, FeedHive's got your back. I've noticed FeedHive often asks for account reconnections and every now and then there's a verification hiccup and a few small bugs. Just some stuff I've observed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feedhive is the best social media scheduler we have ever tried. They are constantly pumping out new awesome features and really listening to the feedback provided by clients to improve the platform. The pricing is very good and the platform just feels so modern with perfect UI/UX. I highly recommended it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the support could be a bit more helpful in resolving issues faster, but we do have a ton of support tickets every month regarding issues our agency clients are experiencing. These issues range from onboarding questions, login/sign-up, password reset issues, and the bigger ones that are related to issues with connecting social media accounts where it's rarely related to Feedhive but more related to our clients doing something wrong Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very user friendly. The onwers, staff, and comuty are all really helpful! Some many feautures to utlilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major that I've encountered yet. I would like more image options. The hashtag suggestions can improve, and possbily include a hashtag regenerator button. Currently, when I don't like the hashtags suggestions, if I delete them and hit the button again, it brings up the same hashtags I just deleted. I thinking something similar to Open AI's "regenerate" button which is really helpful.
Also, I would love if I could add cutom background images/templates in the "add media" section whencomposing a post, without having to use an integrated design tool. It would be so much quicker. At times I just want to do text post, but IG makes you add an image. This makes me take additional time to find a work around, and it'll need to be done each time.
