What do you like best about FeedbackUp by 500apps?

I use FeedbackUp to collect feedback from my subscribers and customers. I love the activity link and the timeline feature, but I especially like the email notifications. As I am a busy person, I need to know if there are any changes in my inbox, and the email notifications let me know when someone has submitted their feedback.
