I like being able to view the data from a visual standpoint over different periods of time - last 7 days, last 30 days, custom date range. I also like how easy it is to build out the review request templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While visualization is nice, it's difficult to pull customized reports and also observe how many outbound email requests have been sent out for product / seller reviews. Visualization is not as robust and detailed as other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how you can target customers for future promos with automated messages providing coupons and asking for feedback. Customers keep to like the communication they receive when I use feedback genius Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont like how their is a minimum amount you can send per month. If you run a very profitable business you can reach the message limit very easily. There are other options but they can become very expensive the higher you end up going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Feedback Genius is great for sending out automated messages to our customers! Our review conversion on amazon has almost doubled thanks to feedback genius! It is easy to use, you can attach files with your emails, use images and signatures in your emails, and many more features! It is very easy to make email campaigns and assign products to campaigns. I would highly recommend it to all of my amazon selling friends! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price is a little expensive, but I believe it is worth the money because of the reviews that we gain in return. One thing that is not necessarily attached to Feedback genius but to amazon in general is that people can now opt-out of receiving emails from amazon. This effects the reach of the emails because people can now opt-out and not receive the messages sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SellerLabs maintains a global list of Amazon emails that are unreachable due to customers opting out of seller contact. Theoretically, this cuts down on the # of bounced emails that would normally be sent, reducing monthly usage that you would have been billed for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UX for the analytics is not very useful. Review rate is never accurate and unreliable.
A review left for a product variation will trigger email notifications for all SKUs under that parent. I've seen this issue with other products so it may be an issue with the Amazon APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The is a must-have tool for selling on Amazon. Set it up and let it run to automatically send follow up emails that you configure and schedule to solicit feedback and reviews, or to provide follow up information. Lots of functionality - you can create emails for different products and/or purposes, as schedule them according to your needs. You can also be alerted to negative feedback so you can respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the custom emails we can send to customers, especially being able to differentiate the emails based on the products purchased. There are many filters and options for differentiating the customers to target when sending them emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the templates that are already prebuilt for convenience. Having the templates allows me to spend time on higher priorities rather than having to type them out each time. It's very important to receive feedback o my Amazon sales and Feedback genius helps boost my feedback ratings by promptly sending great emails to my customers.
