What do you like best about Feebak?

The app interface is friendly and easy to work with; besides, you can use the app in calls and chat interactions, and at the report view, is very helpful to the final customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feebak?

As a suggestion, it would be amazing if maybe we can use feebak on IVR calls, I mean calls that don´t get to an agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Feebak solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now, our final customers can find out what went wrong on the attention of his agents, and can mean a plan of it, also can see by themselves if the grade given by the users is for something that happens on the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have launched surveys for IVR calls without the agent recently based on your feedback. Try the feature and let us know how helpful was this feature for you.
