What do you like best about Fluency?

Fluency is incredibly easy to use, with an intuitive interface that makes automating SOPs and training guides seamless. The fast setup meant we could start benefiting from it almost immediately, and the structured procedures keep our team aligned and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluency?

If I had to pick something, maybe a bit more customization in formatting would be nice, but honestly, that’s negligible given how much time it saves. They have been shipping more editing features since I started which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fluency is solving the problem of time-consuming manual SOP creation. As a startup, time is extremely limited, and Fluency has saved me countless hours by automating training guides for new staff. Instead of manually documenting every process, the software does it for me, making onboarding seamless and keeping our team aligned. The main problem that Fluency solves is that it saves time on drafting procedures.

Additionally, Fluency ensures a screenshot is captured at each stage of the process. This removes the problem of forgetting to manually take a screenshot.

Another problem with manually writing a procedure is that you can forget a step. Fluency helps to reduce the risk of skipping a step in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
