First of all, You made users MANUALLY do all the stuff. Your "export" button may not be as powerful as you think. Want to have an example how to do it right? Look no further, SocialBakers at your service.

Second of all, why the constant disconnection and disappearance???? I can't even login, access or do anything because sometimes, you guys don't even exist on my browser!!! Social tools having break?

Third of all, do you have any idea how poorly your metrics to users? Besides some basic metrics from the page, the remaining are repetitive, not in-depth enough and not necessary.
