What do you like best about Fanpage Karma?

It's free plan is one of the best on the market, while the paid features offer quite a bit of value from trialing them. For my own purposes, I just need the free account at this time. It was very easy to set up, connect accounts, and start posting. It makes posting and managing multiple social media accounts easy and I am able to use it all the time to post, track posts, and handle posting errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?

There are a couple nuances that can be improved. First, I would like to be able to either upload a gallery of cover photos and be able to match them to videos, OR be able to upload the cover photo when creating a video post, before converting it to a draft. Second, I would like for it to have access to all the available music that is on the various short form content platforms (Tiktok audios, Facebook/Instagram Reels audios, YouTube Shorts Audios. What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?

1. Sometimes I cannot find certain Facebook pages in the search, even though the pages exist.

2. The Page Performance Index is difficult to explain to clients, and I often have to spend extra time clarifying what it means and how it should be used.

What do you like best about Fanpage Karma?

I used Fanpage Karma to track social media accounts for political parties. It allowed me to track simultaneously a dozen social media accounts, which is pretty convenient. I really like that it creates reports, comparisons of key data, and provides suggested interpretations via AI. These features were very helpful when I used them as part of a research paper; they allowed me to understand the metrics and interpret data more deeply. The initial setup was very easy and, although I was a student at the time and found the price a bit steep, once I used it as a tool, it was worth the investment. What do you dislike about Fanpage Karma?
