What do you like best about FacilityOS?

There was constant communication with us as to whether our services were meeting our requirements. We had many times that we didn't understand something or needed to make some adjustments and they were done seamlessly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

Nothing, other than we would have liked to be able to have a few other features included. But other than that it works excellent Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

I am a big fan of iLobby as I get immediate notifications when my visitors arrive via Phone Text and Email. Being the emergency coordinator, I can also get a quick list of all visitors in the event of a emergency so we have fast and accurate accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

iLobby allows for the exact functionality we are looking for with visitor sign-in and alerting to the person being visited by multiple methods. While also allowing for the expansion into more options like emergency OS which can be very helpful for a production facility. The support that you receive to troubleshoot problems is quick and knowledeable, but most of the time its so simple to use youll figure it out anyways before they have to for you. The representative also helps you set the unit up before hand so that when it comes in the mail, its practically ready to deploy out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

You end up with too much extra time in your day, I finally remember what hot coffee tastes like. Im not sure I like that because it takes longer to drink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

The opportunity to welcome people w/o having a receptionist has given our staff some flexibility. The option to have a person identified before they are in our general areas makes us all feel better. What do you like best about FacilityOS?

I really like how it works as a operator to let us know when visitors arrive, and on the regulatory side it allows us to do basic training for all visitors before entering the facility which is really valuable to us. Its really easy to set up as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

iLobby has been a great tool in tracking guests coming onsite. Its nice being able to customize questions for the different types of guests. We were also able add a QR code to help with large groups to sign in and that has been a tremendous help. Our contact, Zach, has been an amazing guide with our requests and questions. Unable to Pre-print badges for visitors. More Kiosk stand options would be nice for some sites that dont have receptionists on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FacilityOS?

The iLobby visitor management system, out of the box, is easy to use, navigate and implement. It integrates with various background checks to validate the guests from a security perspective. The customer support is fantastic. Most integrations require working with the technical team at iLobby, but I have had good success with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FacilityOS?

If you want to do things that are not out of the box, it can be very limited. For example, questions can not be conditional on other questions. This can be a challenge. Notifications are very limited, so if you want a notification to trigger on a particular guest type or question response, it probably can't do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
