What has impressed me most about iLobby is its scalability/ease of integration and exceptional customer service. I have seamlessly deployed the iLobby Visitor Management solution at various sites across the United States and plan to expand its implementation to locations in Mexico and Canada in the near future.

This system allows you to go from a manual process to a paperless one with more efficient approval flows, and it also allows the site manager to have better visibility about the personnel who have checked in. In case of an emergency, it is easier to know who is inside the site in case of evacuation or drill. Ease of integration of a new site and the implementation is very simple, in addition there is relevant information for implementation and very useful in the portal. i wouldnt say its a dislike, but it would be a nice feature if the customizable forms were more interactive; say I have someone sign in and there could be a form they actually fill out by choosing as an example a b or c for lets say have you read our policy a yes b no c I have but have questions etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support, ease of use from the admin, config, and user interface side, adding custom features without timely and costly backend programming, and overall performance. The system works great and easily integrates within your network environment, notifications are in real-time, we have taken out the human element of our reception area which allowed us to refocus staff. Our company is unique in a corporate setting due to the requirements we have to satisfy. Most companies do not have to deal with the same requirements and a lot of products are not compliant for us to use off the shelf. Anton and the staff at iLobby have really helped us make their product fit our needs and helped us integrate it into our daily operations here. Their quick response to requests and thought out answers shows me how flexible they and their product really are. The system is personalized for our company and very easy to use.
