I really appreciated Zach Schendel and teams help through the entire proceess from inquiry to project close. Prisha from the onboarding team was amazing at assisting with setup and onboarding. iLobby is a great way to bring in visitors without the need for a receptionist. This has allowed us to free up time for our receptionist to perform other duties. It also eliminates the need for coverage during vacations. The system automatically notifies site personnel when a visitor has arrived. iLobby is easily integrated with our current systems to allow automatic notifications. Customer support has been great. iLobby had everything the other softwares, but one of the key points was the hardware ownership. As IT, not having to buy, replace and support the iPads and label printers in several sites Globally is one of the most important factors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that the software is clear and easy to use. I also like that the equipment is reliable! I have yet to experience any issue with the ipads or printers - including connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest issue I've had with iLobby is that it doesn't seem to cater to large groups. For example, this morning we had 50 visitors - and only 2 sign-in kiosks in the area they were visiting. Of course, I can check them in using the software on my end. But doing it that way is very time-consuming - and it doesn't allow groups to view the documents we want them to review during their sign-in. I deal with large groups a lot and ensuring they're all signed in - quickly and efficiently - by 8:00am has proven difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

iLobby is a well-designed visitor management system that makes front-desk operations smoother and more efficient. There are a few areas where iLobby could improve. The reporting functionality, while useful, could be more flexible, allowing for more customization in filtering and exporting data. Additionally, the mobile experience could be optimized further, as some users may find navigation less seamless on smaller screens.

It has helped make visitor and truck driver check-ins much more efficient. I've reached out with some suggestions to help us improve our experience and they have been very accomodating with our suggestions, and have helped us implement some of them as well. The biggest complaint I've heard is that the sign in process is a little confusing, particularly in that guests are often unaware that they need to scan the barcode on the back of their drivers license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
