Customer support and how user-friendly the portal is. It is very easy to navigate without instruction. We enjoy the notifications for when visitors arrive. It is very easy to understand and use. The UI is simple and effective and can be taught very easily. Lots of features and easy to start up. The customer service has been great and are always able to help us with any problems we may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to REALLY get creative is not there. Editing buttons and pictures and the screens that people are seeing on the tablet usually required us to contact support. This was fine because the support team is great and our requests were niche/uncommon but would be cool to get more options to the users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have experienced zero issues with visitors checking in which is all you can ask for with a visitor mgmt platform! The system was easy to set up and has never gone down. Of course there are small tweaks needed as with anything but it has been seamless for a system that typcially employees might complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Preregistering must happen via the portal to send invites rather than sending a separate invite. We never send invites from Ilobby so don't really use that part at all Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
iLobby has a great system that can be applied to various applications. It worked great as a screening tool during the pandemic, but also has great applications that are applicable to emergency preparedness.

The software is very intuitive for guests and individuals with Administrative controls. Costumer support has been instrumental with setting up the new system. The ability to print badges and track users is a phenomenal feature. Our company has not yet instituted the system but through test trials is seems to work very well.
