The pricing I find is one issue that can be looked upon, I believe if they come up with revised and different plans according to the needs of different people, a lot more people would be using Fabrik. Also, in very rare cases the AI can overdo its work where you would just feel that is more than what you needed overall I am very satisfied with Fabrik, but, yeah, pricing along with improving the Customer Care service are the only areas I feel Fabrik needs to look into.
