We really like this system - it has a lot of feature we found only in much higher priced systems - we love the OCR Invoice matching and dynamic dashboards - its made our AP process much smoother and we have seen a good take up by our suppliers. I was part of their customer beta test for many of the new features in their 1.5 version. Their customer support is very good and very fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
we haven't found much to dislike - sometimes the documentation is a bit out of date but they augment that with up to date videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing we liked about this system was that its high level of configurability allowed us to reflect our business specifically in the approval levels each individual manager and user within the business this specifically met our approval matrix grid which we could not find in any other tool on the market. I like that I can see what the team are doing - I like seeing the different stages the purchases goes through - I like the control we get on who can purchase what and the approvals system is very easy to use - just pushing the green I Approve button is very easy and I also like that our suppliers can interact with the system and give feedback on late deliveries etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing wrong with the system but we were a bit challenged as a team to all find the time to change our practices and use the power of the system effectively. The software was very easy to install and implement and our IT Director loved the fact that it was cloud based. It has a great budget component that allows us to monitor the budget in real time. The remote app is extremely important because it allows us to assign PO numbers, approve orders, and using our smart devices. I also like the fact that I can monitor the work flow in my office by checking the status of the orders. I also like the fact that I can receive order confirmations from the vendors. The contract repository is great, especially the tickler system. The Management Reporting feature is great. It allows us to summarize our purchases for the managers in real time. I like that Eyvo eBuyerAssist keeps your stuff secure and safe. It helps out tremendously. It is a reasonable price when you buy it. It is a high quality product that is amazing and has been since using it. The customer service is amazing. They are very friendly and when you have a problem that you are needing help to solve, they are always dependable and look forward to helping you solve it. The Eyvo system works for us because its very modular and we started with just the purchasing module and then expanded out the system into the RFP and supplier portal modules. We have really benefited from using the system - all our accounting is now in real time with the interface into QuickBooks - it makes it all very easy. We initially had some issues with the cost but we can now see that the system pays for itself and to be honest we found the Eyvo sales people very easy to negotiate with until we managed to get the system we wanted at the price we felt comfortable with. I would also say that the cost for all these systems is quite high but after we looked at a few others we felt that Eyvo gave us the best price vs feature vs performance ratio. We are a very fussy company and we are very selective in who we do business with. From the moment we started talking to Eyvo we could see that they were on top of their game - Have a great product and got back to us with answers to our questions within minutes not like many of the other vendors we talk to some of whom took days weeks or didn't even answer questions at all. We have many different types of users - some are more technie than others buy on the whole everybody understood this product - its designed around getting the job done and seems v flexible.
