Helps me stay organized - system very easy to use - logical work flow - like the management approvals process - keeps things very clean - our suppliers like it as well.  Mobile app is very useful

System sometimes doesn't exactly reflect the user manuals

This is a strong product with a good team behind it - they are very fast with any questions/support.

We had no system so we were using a mix of Excel and paper - it was a real mess tracking what was to be delivered to the sites - now its been solved.

The best feature is the approval spending time and in general the time saving of the entire procurement process.

I didn't find anything to dislike or to complain on.

I highly recommend the Eyvo eBuyerAssist for the purchasing assistant tool as shown to be so easy to navigate and very handful in procurement management, while ensuring organised, time and cost efficient process and allowing budgetary controls for all orders.

Great system that allowed us to efficiently organise the entire procurement process and ensured us the expense tracking like we've never had. Moving from a manual process to an automated one with Eyvo eBuyerAssist helped us run our business far more efficiently and effectively.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

Reporting abilities are very good - with export out to excel and various other formats - also can be integrated into our Xero AP system with no issue - have enjoyed using it.

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

Not much - it was a bit more expensive that we had originally budgeted for but it turns out its saving a lot more than its costing

**What problems is Eyvo eBuyerAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved the engagement issue with our vendors - losing paperwork and having no approvals was a big problem for us  -all now solved.

The work flow is really helpful for my work - it allows me to see whats pending and what is overdue which means I can really keep on top of all our suppliers.  Its made my life so much easier.

I like all aspects of this system - its a pleasure to work with.

I had no true understanding of what items were due to come in - what had been invoiced and what hadn't - we had too many spreadsheets which was not efficient.

The system has been very reliable and the support team responds in minutes to any questions we have. The system has really organized our procurement function and the mobile app has helped our site supervisors a lot

Nothing much to dislike - sometimes the documentation lags behind the new features they are developing on the system.

The system is user friendly, really self-explanatory with the use and options within. The best feature is that it is web based, so you can use it when offsite working.

Eyvo eBuyerAssist has shown to be a fully featured tool that simplifies the procurement process and saves time enormously. I highly recommend this platform as being very user friendly and intuitive. The platform provides virtually everything that could be desired in a procurement management and the best feature is that you can use it anywhere because it is web based.

Eyvo eBuyerAssist allowed us to organize and track all purchases with the setup of the purchasing approval process in a fast and easy way. It simplified our procurement process in full, enabled efficient tracking of expenditure and helped finance reconcile accounts.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

We really like this system - it has a lot of feature we found only in much higher priced systems - we love the OCR Invoice matching and dynamic dashboards - its made our AP process much smoother and we have seen a good take up by our suppliers.  I was part of their customer beta test for many of the new features in their 1.5 version. Their customer support is very good and very fast.

we haven't found much to dislike - sometimes the documentation is a bit out of date but they augment that with up to date videos.

**Recommendations to others considering Eyvo eBuyerAssist:**

Ask them for custom use videos if you get stuck with anything - its a big help.`

Improving our invoicing process's and reducing time to pay our vendors also engage with out vendors in a more modern way.   We also needed to do a lot of integrations and the vendor team was very helpful with that.

The best thing we liked about this system was that its high level of configurability allowed us to reflect our business specifically in the approval levels each individual manager and user within the business this specifically met our approval matrix grid which we could not find in any other tool on the market.

So far we don't have anything to report in this section we are very happy with the product it meets all of our goals

I would recommend this system based on two important factors number one the level of functionality and number two the enthusiasm and skill level of the team at Eyvo.

The main problem we were trying to solve was that each department in the business was doing their own buying without any set of cohesive rules which meant the business did not gain the benefit of global discounting or global negotiation this is now all changed as we can consolidate all of our buying processes in one system

I like that I can see what the team are doing - I like seeing the different stages the purchases goes through - I like the control we get on who can purchase what and the approvals system is very easy to use - just pushing the green I Approve button is very easy and I also like that our suppliers can interact with the system and give feedback on late deliveries etc 

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

Nothing wrong with the system but we were a bit challenged as a team to all find the time to change our practices and use the power of the system effectively.  This is more a failing with our  management that the software - but once we got going it made a positive difference.

**Recommendations to others considering Eyvo eBuyerAssist:**

I would recommend this product but I think the process itself of change is mire time consuming that you first think - so allow for more time to go live than you might think.  But the system is great and the Eyvo team are very patient and helpful - i think mentioning there team is important not just the software - it was a real team effort in the end as we needed a lot of help due to lack of available time on our part..

We had challenges with no central approval process and people running up expenses on their credit cards without us having any oversight.  This has now all changed by us using this system.  We looked at 3 other systems but we liked this one the best.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

The software was very easy to install and implement and our IT Director loved the fact that it was cloud based. It has a great budget component that allows us to monitor the budget in real time. The remote app is extremely important because it allows us to assign PO numbers, approve orders, and using our smart devices. I also like the fact that I can monitor the work flow in my office by checking the status of the orders. I also like the fact that I can receive order confirmations from the vendors. The contract repository is great, especially the tickler system. The Management Reporting feature is great. It allows us to summarize our purchases for the managers in real time. The analytics are fantastic, and the built in audit trail is wonderful for our auditors.

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

Very little to be honest other than the fact that we did want it translated into Chinese for one of our subsidiaries but that seemed to be too complex to be done.

I would recommend this system - I looked at many others and this system had the best combination of features vs price vs service

Transparency of our process was a problem - we had way too many people doing their own thing and no accountability - thats all been solved now

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

I like that Eyvo eBuyerAssist keeps your stuff secure and safe. It helps out tremendously. It is a reasonable price when you buy it. It is a high quality product that is amazing and has been since using it. The customer service is amazing. They are very friendly and when you have a problem that you are needing help to solve, they are always dependable and look forward to helping you solve it. It is very easy to install on the device you are going to use it on. Also it is cloud based and makes it even better. 

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

There is little to nothing to dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist because it is a very great product. It is very secure and keeps your stuff safe, customer service is dependable and friendly, which makes it great. So I dislike nothing about it. 

**Recommendations to others considering Eyvo eBuyerAssist:**

I, myself, have found that Eyvo eBuyerAssist is a great product, it has helped me tremendously and is a great asset to me. I recommend Eyvo to others because it is a great product and people should know that. I recommend that even if you do not believe me to try it out yourself. It checks all my boxes, great and dependable. 

**What problems is Eyvo eBuyerAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As of right now I am not really solving problems with Eyvo eBuyerAssist because I am not currently having to use it, but when I was it helped tremendously with my work. It keeps everything secure.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

The Eyvo system works for us because its very modular and we started with just the purchasing module and then expanded out the system into the RFP and supplier portal modules.  We have really benefited from using the system - all our accounting is now in real time with the interface into QuickBooks - it makes it all very easy.  We are now going to get some more user licences for our requestors and approvers. 

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

We initially had some issues with the cost but we can now see that the system pays for itself and to be honest we found the Eyvo sales people very easy to negotiate with until we managed to get the system we wanted at the price we felt comfortable with.  I would also say that the cost for all these systems is quite high but after we looked at a few others we felt that Eyvo gave us the best price vs feature vs  performance ratio.

I think this is a good product and I have already recommended it to a few other people.

Issuing RFP's to our vendors was a nightmare - Plus gathering our spend information ahead of getting the invoices was almost impossible.   This system has quickly and easily solved both issues.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

We are a very fussy company and we are very selective in who we do business with.  From the moment we started talking to Eyvo we could see that they were on top of their game - Have a great product and got back to us with answers to our questions within minutes not like many of the other vendors we talk to some of whom took days weeks or didn't even answer questions at all.  Once we got the system deployed it did exactly as they said it would and it's been running here for quite some time very successfully.

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

We haven't found anything that we dislike yet and we don't think we will.  The company is very receptive to our suggestions and ideas.

**Recommendations to others considering Eyvo eBuyerAssist:**

We would strongly recommend the system to any other companies it seems to be a good generic fit to most industries even though we are an engineering company we found it fitted our needs straight out of the box.

We have no real plan for purchasing everybody was using Excel spreadsheets and random bits of paper it was really badly organised and the system has managed to solve with everybody now doing it the correct way with oversight from our stakeholders.  The system is producing accurate reports and timely management information and is managing a workflow with no problems.

We have many different types of users - some are more technie than others buy on the whole everybody understood this product - its designed around getting the job done and seems v flexible. The customer support we have had has been nothing short of amazing.  Way better than most IT vendors,

Not much too dislike at this time we are all quite happy with it. It was simple to deploy and train on.

We would recommend this product to anyone considering a full featured tool that implements best practice.

We had no real control on our spend - now we have good reports and accurate inventory and we have good audit of our users.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

The first thing I liked about this system was the knowledgeable sales staff at Eyvo - they answered all my questions and my boss’s questions very easily and quickly. Using the system has made my job a lot easier and I am now able to get my spend analytics very quickly and also supervise all the approvals. Before we had the system this was a nightmare as it was all paper-based.  We would ask people to approve and we would never get the approvals back on time but now using the system it sends reminder emails to everybody which means our turnaround is much quicker and our suppliers and our customers are much happier with us.  Frankly the system makes us look like rock stars.  It also makes the process of issuing RFPs very simple as it's all automated - this also used to be a huge amount of work.

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

There is not very much that I dislike about the product if I could improve it - it would be in some of the visibility as I have a hard time seeing some of the fonts on the screen.  I am also not allowed to use this product from home but I would like to be able to but that is not a function of the Eyvo system is a function of the business that I work in.  The product is very secure and one of the reasons that we opted for it was that it is GDPR compliant.

From what I have seen so far I believe this is a high quality product and that we haven't scratched the surface of its potential - it was recommended to us to use and I would recommend it to others

We have been trying to solve the problem of getting our approvers to approve on time and getting our orders out to our suppliers on time and monitoring the receipt of our goods and services using the system has solved all of these problems for us.

We have been using the package for over 18 months now we have put thousands of orders throughout and have only had to call their support team once to correct an error that we made in the system and they kindly reverse the error for us.  System is easy to use has not missed a beat and I have recommended it to other areas of the business.

I don't have anything but I dislike about the system or the company

We have been blown away by the level of customer support we have received from Eyvo.  Our business is quite complex and we needed quite a lot of implementation help that they were on it from the minute we started and we have deployed the system to everybody satisfaction.  The system itself seems to be a good product has good features and is based on SQL Server which is what we were looking for as we may host it in house.

Nothing at this time to really say there is negative about our experience with the product or the company

We are in the middle of a change management process which includes ensuring we have standards to follow and this was part of our overall vision including integrating to our accounting process so that we have one large integrated solution of the best in breed applications.  We feel this system definitely meets the mark and would recommend.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

We were sold from the moment we started talking to their team.They really seem to know what they were talking about and have an answer for every one of our questions. We moved to a paid trial they gave us full support during the three weeks and we were very impressed with the performance of the system and service level.  We signed up for a two-year contract and have been very happy.  We particularly like the ability to silence off the data on an as needed basis so that only relevant users get to see the area of the business they are concerned with.  The training was very detailed and we managed to hit the ground running from a very early stage.

We had too many processes in our procurement function with no real standardisation than everybody doing their own thing and this led to all kinds of problems when invoices came in with us not knowing really what we were supposed to be paying for and whether delivered or not. The system solve all those problems for us in one go.  Also integration into our other systems was very important for us so that we had single "sources of truth"

Easy approvals using desktop of mobile device and some clever features like vacation mode and proxy approvers - we hadn't seen that before.  We went for this because we spoke to some of their existing clients and got glowing reports from all three - now having used the system we can see why. The product is well thought out and the customer support is excellent with responses in just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

We cannot share userid's on the system - if you login with one user ID on one compute and then try the same id on another then the first login is automatically logged out but it does save the data before logging you out.  We thought we could save money on licences !

**Recommendations to others considering Eyvo eBuyerAssist:**

We would recommend this product based on our own usage and also on the feedback we got from their other users. We felt it was fairly priced.

Staff are even are very knowledgeable and managed to answer all of our questions and shows examples within the initial presentation that answered all the questions that we had.  All other presentations we saw were either "I don't know" or "I will get back to you" And they never did.  That attention to detail That we saw early on has continued through our use of the software and our experience of working with this company. We have not been disappointed and would highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

Nothing yet and we don't expect to - The system has shown no errors and the online reporting tools for interaction with the system back to Eyvo are very helpful so that they see everything when we see it.

I am about to transition away from this company and take another job at a senior level and I will be recommending this product to my new Employer As I have been so impressed with it.

Better reporting and financial analysis doing more accurate accruals and inventory controls together with fixed asset depreciation using different depreciation models.  Product seems to effortlessly manage both product and service type orders.

We were looking for a system which we could integrate a new purchasing platform into five other internal systems that we had including active directory.  The flexibility of the interface and the generic nature of the integration tool allows us to really dial in our solution across all of the systems so that everything is working together.  That was actually our main focus for this project the fact that it is a good purchasing tool as well of course is very important but we were expecting it to be.

There is very much to dislike so far had a good experience we are in fact looking to deploy a higher level within the organisation.

We had two separate divisions each of them doing their own thing there was no commonality between the two report the system in two achieve a common purpose and a common interface.  This allowed us to solve several problems at once.

The modular nature of the product is what sold us really needed to buy what we wanted. We were mainly interested in the requisitioning approvals process and the online RFQ and RFP portal which has really assisted us in managing our vendor's and getting timely quotes for our projects.  The flexible contract management solution also wrapped nicely around our business needs.

System seems very flexible and changeable and the support staff are very knowledgeable we have not really found anything you don't like

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

We really like the way the system is structured into modules and the security is very granular.  We found no other system like this unless it's our business model.  The licensing model seems very fair as well as you only have to deploy the functionality to the specific user that you need to and only pay accordingly.  In addition the system itself is well-designed and as part of our research we did a deep dive into their development roadmap and were very happy to learn about all the exciting new technologies they are working with.  Specifically artificial intelligence and internal communications channels for real time updates.  We found the system reliable easy-to-use and highly functional and we would recommend it.


**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

Can't really find anything negative to say they are developing the system at a pretty fast pace and sometimes they simply forget to tell users of the new features that have suddenly appeared.

I can't comment on the pricing as I wasn't part of that process but I would recommend the system based on my experience of its functions and reliability

Probably like most people here we had a disparate set of solutions not connected and all being used by different people for the same task we try to get our arms around the whole issue and put one system in that solves all these problems and we are happy with our choice.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

The ability to separate purchase requisitions from purchase orders was very important for us we like the ability to have two separate approval routes for our users and the method of the sanity check approval was also very useful we found this to be unique to the Eyvo system.  The ability to check stock allocation at requisition point of entry also very helpful and the ability to do multiple methods of stock valuation within a basic purchasing system that is not sold as an MRP system was frankly remarkable.  This system definitely punches above its weight has many features we would expect to see in something like SAP.  Clearly a lot of thought has gone into its design.  So far we have found the system to be highly functional reliable and the team at Eyvo very easy to deal with.

We would strongly recommend the system to companies that do not do manufacturing but if you do manufacturing then this will do at least 75% of what you might be looking for at 20% of the cost of a typical MRP system.


**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

It's not sold as an MRP system but with a little more development it certainly could be and we would certainly advocate for that approach if possible.

Ideal for any type of service business but also can be used for limited manufacturing needs.

We were simply trying to solve the problem of giving each employee in our business visibility of their spend from a personal point of view so that they take more responsibility for spending company money and they can see the applications of it on the department's budget.  From a top-down corporate perspective we like the ability to be able to get real-time information and feed it into our other MIS systems that we have on premises.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

The ability to do file attachments for our requisitions and purchase orders and contracts is vitally important to our approvals process.  It allows us to have a 360 degree view of our purchasing transactions and allows all our stakeholders to see how decisions were made from soup to nuts.  This has allowed out audit teams to drill into the decision-making process and asked to justify all our expenses to management very quickly. It has saved a huge amount of time for us.  The reporting and graphing tools are also highly useful especially to our approvers.  The contract management alerts and emails that go back-and-forth heavily allows us to keep on top of all the suppliers and the compliance tools with the automated emails to the supplier base allowing us to keep all of our vendor  documentation update. 


**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

There really isn't too much to dislike about the product or the company it does seem to be a constantly evolving system every three months new features are being released this is not a bad thing but it can cause some confusion to the users who are not expecting the updates.  Having said that the updates are very valuable and it shows us that the company is very serious about developing the product.

We had some significant issues within our business before this tool came along and whilst it has not solved all of the issues we are facing has definitely put it into the right direction and has made us look at our whole IT approach in a more holistic fashion this has proven benefits in other areas outside of the main procurement function.

We liked the reminders the system sends out that tell us about things that are supposed to be done or that may be happening - like contract expiry, or outstanding approvals that are waiting. Its really helped us get on top of things and the supplier portal is a real help for us where suppliers can upload their W9's and insurance certs

We mainly use it for services but also some products seems to be able to fit both tasks very well blanket orders very simple contract management simple but effective RFP and RFQ very comprehensive as is the supplier portal.

The deployment was a little more complex than we had anticipated only because we did not have all our ducks in a row when we first started the project once we got organized the deployment was very simple and the delay was always down to us not Eyvo - our system is fully operational we are very happy

We were using a very old legacy system based on an old AS/400 - and implementing this new Evo system was part of our modernization of our internal systems

We liked the embedded graphics and the run rate charts and the easy method of checking spend against budget.  It was very easy to spot trends and take corrective action.  The accrual reporting was very helpful for our managers - An integrated receiving and asset management updates was a great time saver.

The most important feature for us was the ability to find sharing package to cater for our needs we have very specific account coding structures and it was difficult to find an off-the-shelf package that could meet our requirements.  We had one days training and within two days of that we were sending out live purchase orders so we found it very easy to learn.

We initially wanted on-site training at our offices but we ended up doing the remote training which actually worked out totally fine.  The team at Eyvo seem to have this whole process down.

One of the things that struck us very quickly in dealing with Eyvo was the speed of response and the attention to detail they gave us.

 we were only looking for a basic PO system but this was a case of "you don't know what you don't know".  By which I mean now that we have this fairly advanced system we can see all of things it can do and we have been using a lot of the features that we never even thought of. Multilevel approvals RFQ bidding automated responses supplier price alerts and interactive communication with our vendor's through the portal all really helpful to us.

**What do you like best about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

This was the first time our company has bought a purchasing software to upload items from the warehouse  and vendor contracts into. There are a ton of categories and ways to associate the item with other items that you can later filter and group together. It is pretty simple to create PO's and to run reports. The software is easy to learn and use. 

**What do you dislike about Eyvo eBuyerAssist?**

The one thing we have found that we do not like is that when you are entering new product items or new contracts it does not auto populate the new item number field so if you do not have that on hand you must go digging through your items to figure out the highest number you have so far. Also I really like the picture option for items and the option to upload contracts right into the software but pretty much every data file is "too big".

It is great as a very simple and starter purchasing software but we quickly found that because of our growing size and growing needs Ebuyer Assist did not have many advanced features that we needed.

**What problems is Eyvo eBuyerAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use EYVO to keep track of all of the items we purchase for marketing and development that we keep in the warehouse. It is easy for myself and other users to search and find the products they are looking for. We also use it to store vendor contracts, create and seek approval for purchase orders, and to keep up with our constantly changing inventory.
