The user interface is very easy to use. It is not hard to learn how to use the EHR system if you're new. The notes are easy to complete and submit. I was wondering to have the direct support and line of connect in the first phase of the implementation phase. There were tons of questions and the need for clarification and the staff response were timeles and efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once the inplementation phase was over, the communication and direct support decreased dramatically and we were transitioned into the help ticket phase. It did incite some anxiety and the response was not as timely, however, there was a response.

There was also a lot of context given to the support person that was repetitive prior to our ticket being fixed
