We've used Skubana to ship domestically and internationally, wholesale and direct to consumer, through Shopify and manual orders. We also use it to manage inventory and sales reports. It does what it should in a simple to use manner. And their customer support is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a fully web based service. That was our first priority when looking for a new inventory system. We wanted to be able to manage as many of our inventory functions as possible from any where on any computer without being tied down to a particular machine having certain software installed.

Skubana is definitely a new platform and w'ere using the heck out of just about every feature it has. So we have come across several UI bugs / missing features that we've had to work around but they've been very responsive when we've contacted them. A few actual bugs got fixed right away and some other 'features' have been added to their road map. I've even seen a few get taken care of so I know they're listening. This is a huge difference compared some other systems we've used.
Skubana maintains tight controls on inventory management. At times this can be frustrating. I've occasionally had to change the product that I'm sending a customer because we ran out of something. Skubana won't let me just 'ship' the order because our count shows 0 and the software won't let us have -1. Kind of makes sense though, you can't have -1 of something. So we've actually had to keep better track of our inventory to make the software run more smoothly. Of course now that our counts are more accurate we have less issues with overselling so win/win I suppose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best feature of Skubana is the ability to manage and create orders for bundled items. Bundling is a great selling strategy to help differentiate your business. Assigning your single units to a bundle is very easy to do in the user interface or with the file upload method.
Searching through SKU"s is also very simple with the user interface. You can use keywords or tags to help search product lines. This is very helpful when checking stock levels or researching bundle ideas.
One of my other favorite features is the great customer service. The staff has helped me with every step, from onboarding to building customized automation controls called Orderbots. Whenever I had an issue, the team member dedicated their energy to solving the issue, even when it meant building an internal task force to get the critical function to work. It would be great to have more technical support on the weekends, especially with issues that critically impact my business, but I understand that the talented staff needs time off. They are still reachable via email and respond as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love Skubana! We sell on multiple channels and this has been a life saver! Without it, we would be spending countless hours trying to keep our inventory updated every where while still overselling. And the support is GREAT! By far the best feature of Skubana over their competitors is their all-in-one management system. By having my entire business – orders, inventory, RMAs, the works – on a cloud that I can access off of the web made running my business much easier. Their automated OrderBots feature eliminates a lot of the time I spent when shipping out my products.
Not only is everything on a cloud, but also the fact that Skubana has this incredible multichannel fulfillment system that updates real time saves me from overselling. This real-time inventory reflection keeps me from having to worry about manually adjusting on the different storefronts I’m on, so I could put my focus on other aspects of my business. Unfortunately Skubana is still a new ERP and they’re not at their full potential just yet. There are features I wish they had, such as some form of order analytics, but as I’ve been told over the phone from their staff, they’re on a defined roadmap of features that will soon be added over the course of time.
