What do you like best about Extensiv Order Manager?

We've used Skubana to ship domestically and internationally, wholesale and direct to consumer, through Shopify and manual orders. We also use it to manage inventory and sales reports. It does what it should in a simple to use manner. And their customer support is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Extensiv Order Manager?

Skubana hasn't integrated fully with Quickbooks at the time of this review. Once that's in place, it will be helpful for our reporting and inventory management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Extensiv Order Manager?

This is a fully web based service. That was our first priority when looking for a new inventory system. We wanted to be able to manage as many of our inventory functions as possible from any where on any computer without being tied down to a particular machine having certain software installed.

What do you dislike about Extensiv Order Manager?

Skubana is definitely a new platform and w'ere using the heck out of just about every feature it has. So we have come across several UI bugs / missing features that we've had to work around but they've been very responsive when we've contacted them. A few actual bugs got fixed right away and some other 'features' have been added to their road map. I've even seen a few get taken care of so I know they're listening. This is a huge difference compared some other systems we've used.

Skubana maintains tight controls on inventory management. At times this can be frustrating. I've occasionally had to change the product that I'm sending a customer because we ran out of something. Skubana won't let me just 'ship' the order because our count shows 0 and the software won't let us have -1. Kind of makes sense though, you can't have -1 of something. So we've actually had to keep better track of our inventory to make the software run more smoothly. Of course now that our counts are more accurate we have less issues with overselling so win/win I suppose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Extensiv Order Manager:

Their road map is impressive and unlike other software companies I've worked with they're actually following their road map. I'm really looking forward to their SKU level profitability across channels reporting. They're also going to be adding repricing and listing features. What problems is Extensiv Order Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our main goal was to maintain our inventory in a cloud based system rather than on desktop computers. After comparing about 30 pieces of software Skubana is where we ended up. All I have to do is tell Skubana through an upload or the UI that our master product is listed as x on ebay and y on Amazon. Then Skubana will keep our qty's of x and y synced so we don't oversell. Integrates with our Big Commerce website too so we can comfortably offer the same product in 3 locations increasing sales exposure without increasing our risk of poor customer service and seller metrics.

Although we haven't yet integrated it in to our procedures, Skubana will also do purchasing management with recommended qty's based on sales history. This should be super valuable as we decide where to spend our limited inventory dollars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We sell across multiple marketplaces and inventory management was very important to us. It's now much easier to ensure we don't oversell. What do you like best about Extensiv Order Manager?

The best feature of Skubana is the ability to manage and create orders for bundled items. Bundling is a great selling strategy to help differentiate your business. Assigning your single units to a bundle is very easy to do in the user interface or with the file upload method.

Searching through SKU"s is also very simple with the user interface. You can use keywords or tags to help search product lines. This is very helpful when checking stock levels or researching bundle ideas.

One of my other favorite features is the great customer service. The staff has helped me with every step, from onboarding to building customized automation controls called Orderbots. Whenever I had an issue, the team member dedicated their energy to solving the issue, even when it meant building an internal task force to get the critical function to work. What do you dislike about Extensiv Order Manager?

It would be great to have more technical support on the weekends, especially with issues that critically impact my business, but I understand that the talented staff needs time off. They are still reachable via email and respond as soon as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Skubana helps to give viability to SKU's that are stale so that I can give them more attention to sell (marketing, discounts, bundling).

The benefits of Skubana have been increased sales and easier management of all of my SKU's. Instead of listing products at random and not using my time, I consult my Skubana Inventory tab to help me prioritize my work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love Skubana! We sell on multiple channels and this has been a life saver! Without it, we would be spending countless hours trying to keep our inventory updated every where while still overselling. And the support is GREAT! What do you like best about Extensiv Order Manager?

By far the best feature of Skubana over their competitors is their all-in-one management system. By having my entire business – orders, inventory, RMAs, the works – on a cloud that I can access off of the web made running my business much easier. Their automated OrderBots feature eliminates a lot of the time I spent when shipping out my products.

Not only is everything on a cloud, but also the fact that Skubana has this incredible multichannel fulfillment system that updates real time saves me from overselling. This real-time inventory reflection keeps me from having to worry about manually adjusting on the different storefronts I’m on, so I could put my focus on other aspects of my business. What do you dislike about Extensiv Order Manager?

Unfortunately Skubana is still a new ERP and they’re not at their full potential just yet. There are features I wish they had, such as some form of order analytics, but as I’ve been told over the phone from their staff, they’re on a defined roadmap of features that will soon be added over the course of time. What problems is Extensiv Order Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

My business was originally on the SolidCommerce platform, and in comparison with Skubana it was no contest. The biggest peeve onSolidCommerce was their support staff. At times when there was an issue I needed resolved ASAP, a representative wouldn’t or couldn’t resolve my issue within an appropriate timespan. I would have to wait at least a week or 10 days. Skubana however has a staff that dedicates their time to immediately resolving my issue and showing me alternative features to avoid any future problems. Their staff is definitely a cause for recommendation.

Another basis to recommend Skubana over SolidCommerce is their pricing. They’re completely affordable by charging just cents per order or their monthly flat rate. I’ve definitely saved a lot of money by switching over.

Skubana helped me realize how much time I spent managing my SKUs and inventory. By having all this automation occur by a system that doesn’t require a staff to continually maintain my products, I can now focus on marketing and selling my product. I didn’t know how much Time I could get back. Time is the greatest benefit I receive from Skubana. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
