We were paired with C.A. and W. P. and could not have asked for a better or more professional team. Though our project was very large and at times cumbersome, they were always professional, helpful, and provided spot on estimates of time/effort/expectations/etc. Some of (if not the) best services partner I've worked with over the past 30 years. It is rare, that I like all aspects of a company/partner. There just aren't that many that seek to excel in all areas: sales, service, back-office, etc. But Express Info has truly built an excellent company and I enjoy working with any of the areas (although I deal primarily with the servicing side). The best thing about Express is they make themselves available to answer questions and resolve issues. A few times our main contact was not available but she made sure she had a back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few times the time it has taken to resolve an issue is too long. For example, we continue to have problems with papersave and gorilla. Instead of spending so much time with these antiquated software, I'd much prefer Express help us to identify a better software vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Express Information Systems is very knowledgeable about how Sage works and is great about recommending compatible add-ons that integrate with Sage. They have been very helpful in creating custom reports for different needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Express negotiates and is the middleman for other add-on products; however, I feel I am negotiating twice - once with Expres and again with the software vendor. And if there are issues with the software vendor, it doesn't seem to get resolved timely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
