What do you like best about Explorer Eclipse?
This program is very user friendly. Easy to use and/or create reports. The data entry flow is easy to follow without having to jump to different fields as you go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Remembering to use either the tab or enter buttons on certain fields to ensure that the data saved. Having to "close" pages. Hung sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Explorer Eclipse?
I utilize the Recurring Journal Entries option in Eclipse - this has sped up weekly journal entry posting by 1-2 hours a week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Explorer Eclipse?

The Job Costing and Financial Reports are very useful and detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Explorer Eclipse?
I dislike that the Job Costing reports are not in "real time" and have to wait for the Workflow approvals to go through before we can pull a financial report in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customizable inquiries that have potential. Decent UI for users with experience with IT or accounting software. Nothing out of the ordinary but comparable to other software that do the same thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support system does not seem to be there at all. This makes implementation, configuring and training extremely hard. A potentially good software does not help if you cannot configure and implement it. Canadian comp that seems to have little knowledge or willingness to accommodate the needs of a US company. Complete neglect of the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
