It's fantastic that I can now update signatures centrally and they will be uniform across different platforms that users send emails from. We notice no email delay from introducting this additional hop in our email routing. The customer service team are fantastic and onboarding was easy. It is a reliable system and it simply just works. It syncs automatically with our Microsoft tenant every 24 hours so I know it is usually up to date and I can force a manual sync if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be good if shared mailboxes were able to have different signatures and didn't require a license to use.
Very very rarely it is slow loading on users computers and they put in tickets saying their signature has dissapeared, but actually it is still being applied through the email routing just not through the Outlook client for some reason. Not really sure why this happens, sometimes re-appears after a reboot. Other times we just blame the user's home internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to setup and use, very stable with no hickups or downtime, can be MS365 and/or locally devie installed. Option to have more as one signature per user, mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI was really not that greatm but with the newest UI upgrade they made some very good improvements. Overall not something to complaim, I had not ones in over 6 years to use the support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Exclaimer now for years for our M365 clients and it is an excellent service and can never fault their service, template options and ease of managment.
integration is a snap and the advanced reporting is wonderful for clients as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be lovely if they could expand this to other services outside of Gapps and M365 as we have hundreds of other other clients that could benifit with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Exclaimer was incredibly simple to set up and we quickly got a hang of the builder. Integration has been straightforward and we've been able to begin our rollout to the company pretty quickly. Our team has been impressed with the capabilities of the design tool and any questions to the supporting staff have been quickly answered. They have a wide variety of useful tutorials and educational content that helps you accomplish tasks on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While implementation was very easy, we did feel slightly pushed into making the decision rapidly. It has worked well for us and we are this new software almost daily, but we would have appreciated more time to test the software and configure it for us before signing the contracts. What I like best about Exclaimer is how incredibly user-friendly it is, the platform makes creating and managing email signatures a breeze, and I love how customizable the designs are. The ease of integration with email platforms like Outlook and Google Workspace is another standout feature, making it super convenient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some additional flexibility in pricing tiers could make it even more accessible for a wider range of users such as smaller companies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The easy it is to configure/setup everything, from building the signature to integrate and enable it in your company!
Costumer support is also top! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only allow 1 signature in the starter plan, could be at least 2. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are like most companies (at least the ones I've worked for) you have a varying degree of individual creativity added in to your company signatures no matter how often you remind coworkers of a template that lives somewhere in the bowels of your company drives. Exclaimer is a fairly straight forward way to gently step in and standardize the corporate signature - on the admin end it's a few clicks, in our case logging into Microsoft Entra - and throwing together a signature or two to apply to the company or specific users. The Outlook plugin is about as easy as can be to install - simply add your user(s) to the Microsoft admin portal and it is automagically deployed in the backend - really cannot get any easier than that.
The web UI is intuitive enough and about as effective as you can get for a WYSIWYG type editor - drag and drop specific fields of information you need / want for your signature - tweak fonts, etc and apply users to them. If you are not in need of terribly difficult or elaborate signatures you can be up and running in half an hour. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only gripe as of this moment is the web UI could use some polishing - the way sessions are handled is foreign to me and unlike any I've dealt with in my many years setting up and deploying applications. As an example : if you attempt to multitask and open multiple tabs to tweak multiple signatures - or in a very specific case create an entirely new signature and use an existing as a template in another open tab - odd stuff can occur like the existing template entirely overwriting your new template (literally).
I am not sure how or why the session would be shared like that in the browser backend - but not having separation of session is a first for me and caused an hour or two of headaches until I realized what was going on.
Also - editing fields (like changing font, font size, etc) - is a bit slow and can require selecting them multiple times, or entering the changes you are needing multiple times. Changing font size for example sometimes will revert back to the prior setting after you click on another template element - or font type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy to integrate with Exchange Environment and the great customer support that they provide.
It have plenty options to manage the signature, to the point where I wonder how there are companies not using them already Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot have more than one email service provider simultaneously with a single license per user. Either Exchange or GSuit platform, in my case, with a single license.
We use both Google and Microsoft mail services, and yes, they are in the same account, but the licensing is double for that reason, and two different panels. Easy to import/export between them, but two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use
easy to integrate with office 365 and easy to implement on the end user devices
easy to update signatures
allows for multiple signatures
the customer support is brilliant when you have an issue
We use this everyday for our company email signatures and allows us to have a standard email signature for everyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only thing is the exclaimer every so often will ask the user to relogin which users ignore, if this could be remvoed and they find another way to do this then woul dbe brilliant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to manage signatures in a larger company where there are many teams and sub teams with different requirements.
It also enables control of the brand - to ensure that there is consistency and recognition of the brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are features that I think perhaps I don't make the most of- but this is perhaps my fault as I haven't had the time to fully explore in depth and play around with new elements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
