The editor is easy to use. Makes it simple to push out email signatures to the whole team. Platform admin features, email signature integration with office 365, Ability to invite team members to collaborate in the development of email signatures, Provides the ability to switch banners, logos, and photos automatically within an email signature by making changes to a default layout. Provides email signature layouts for each division within a company and has the ability to control and manage each department independently. Ability to choose an exact brand color, font style, and size, as well as add additional fields like social media icons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes employees are working on different systems so it takes some troubleshooting to fix the signature errors. Maybe there should be more communication from the account manager at the time of renewal about how to make more use of the tool. I didn't realise I was missing out on the analytics, marketing automation, account based marketing, and design templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Exclaimer came recomended to me, I evaluated a number of options and settled with exclaimer and am not disappointed. The explanations tutorials and the overall functionality works well. Once you understand the layout and functionality then ones only limitation is your creativity. If you not feeling creative then there are perfectly good templates to choose from. The other think I really like is that you have a company wide email presence that is professional and can be updated for all users behind the scenes for immediate deployment. Reaching out to customer support was easy and they had good response times and solved the query I had. Overall I would say that exclaimer in an easy to implement signature solution. Not a down side, but you do need to spend a bit of time building the different signatures you want but this is to be expected, you are after all customizing your companies signatures. The integration with google workspace, whilst a little daunting at first was actually easier than I origionaly thought and works perfectly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an IT Professional, it is a clean, easy to use application and integration is a piece of cake. My account representative is very responsive and everyone I have interacted with at Exclaimer has been knowledgable and easy to connect with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once implemented, I handed off responsibility to my Marketing team for creating and managing signatures (I will still support them by managing any AD Groups they may require). They are struggling with how to create signatures in the interface and are relying on Exclaimer's help to create templates until they can get comfortable with the tool. So what I dislike is that for non-technical users, it is evidently challenging to leverage even the most basic of design functions. Perhaps there is a training opportunity that I am not aware of that I need to get for my Marketing folks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Exclaimer makes it easy to apply standardized signatures for several people at once. They have an intuitive interface that allows for quick and easy creation of the signature. Their documentation will walk you through everything step. They also offer how to videos if you are really stuck. Exclaimer has been easy to implement and use. Once you sync your users in, Exclaimer handles the rest. Every time I've needed support they are quick to respond and are very knowledgeable about their product. For instance, in a recent email case, the agent took the time to record a personalized How to video to demostrate the resolution for my ticket. He took the time to make sure he understood my question and answer my question in a detailed way without being to complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although they have good documentation, sometimes it is harder to find. They do have an extensive selection of documentation just could be better organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been using Exclaimer for 3 years and it is one of those applications that if you need to, you can setup for an hour and just leave it alone. It just works flawlessly and never causes us an issue! The ability to set a signature from scratch, and then bespoke design it for multiple teams and distribute it out via Office 365 groups is so simple, yet effective. I feel like we haven't touched 80% of the features that Exclaimer offers, however we always feel safe knowing that any features we may need in future are already implemented.
This is a top tier software application, and would highly recommend to any other IT professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only small downside i can think of sometimes is the data synchronization between 365 and Exclaimer can take a little longer than desired, so occasionally i would need to manually sync it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Exclaimer Cloud is its user-friendly interface, it makes it easy to design and manage email signatures without any code/technical expertise. Using the platform allows for consistent and professional branding across all company emails. The customer support is also very fast and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, we have had synchronization issues between the outlook platform and Exclaimer Cloud. This issue can cause signature load speeds to be slow, leading to delays in signature updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can easily create different signatures for different teams. I like that I can track interactions with the signatures and that I can add new links with ease. I like the campaign feature where I can add a new item to all signatures for a short time rather than editing each signature type I have! We recently had a great conversation with customer support staff that allowed us to feel like our adoption of the product was leading us on the right path. We do use this all the time, I change the signatures once a quarter and include specific campaign details often, so I would say we see the value in Exclaimer. We were using a legacy Exlaimer plan for a while that was cumbersome and not as user friendly. We now have the new UI and it's great. As long as Exclaimer continues to innovate, I'll be glad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Exclaimer for years now and I have always been impressed with how well the platform works and how great the support has been. Updates and changes were easy to implement with our Office 365 tenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really can't think of anything negative, it does everything we need it to do very well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A friendly user interface with some advanced features, no prior experience needed and removes the need to use html code to build a signature.
Its great for global changes, not so good for personal or individual design changes.
They also have a really good support team who are very quick to assist with any issues.
There is a good amount of hub learning, they have built a strong FAQ forum which usually answers any questions you may have during build or setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some bugs that seem to come with using different versions of outlook, sometimes the signature spacing expands/disfigures, and sometimes the signature does not send at all with the email but this is only on a few instances.
There is a minimum licence number of 25, which is not ideal for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to express my gratitude to Exclaimer support for their help and the application. We have been using this application for more than seven years. We started with the on-premises version, and after moving to the cloud, we transformed our application into a SaaS solution. I am proud to say that we have had no issues with Exclaimer since then, except for a few times when Exclaimer experienced worldwide or nationwide issues. We are happy to have it for our signature consistency and look. Our marketing department is pleased to have it consistent with Exclaimer, and it has received tremendous applause from our executives. All I can say is to keep up the good work and continue supporting your customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A little bit of configuration tables. Sometimes it requires a more command or syntax to configure a signature which makes it a little harder to do it without help. Other than that it is all good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's fantastic that I can now update signatures centrally and they will be uniform across different platforms that users send emails from. We notice no email delay from introducting this additional hop in our email routing. The customer service team are fantastic and onboarding was easy. It is a reliable system and it simply just works. It syncs automatically with our Microsoft tenant every 24 hours so I know it is usually up to date and I can force a manual sync if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be good if shared mailboxes were able to have different signatures and didn't require a license to use.
Very very rarely it is slow loading on users computers and they put in tickets saying their signature has dissapeared, but actually it is still being applied through the email routing just not through the Outlook client for some reason. Not really sure why this happens, sometimes re-appears after a reboot. Other times we just blame the user's home internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
