It is simple to integrate with other CMS tools and make implementation with other web apps easily with its npm package. It allows my team to work collabratively and it is easy to use. Its canvas background color can be changed to any color and also support many languages. It dashboard provides recent work at one place. It very lightweight and easy to use and also has dark mode. Integration of library is simple we can easily add from github repo. I frequently use it for mindmapping and for collabration. It is an excellent virtual whiteboard where I am amazed at everything I can do very quickly and professionally. I must confess that it helps me a lot in my work. What I like most about Excalidraw is its minimal interface and simple design. Picking up and getting simple to moderate level illustrations is quite easy. The learning curve is smooth and it packs all the essential features that one would need to create wow-worthy sketches.

Ever since I found out about it, I have incorporated it heavily in my workflow, in my blogposts, in my tweets, Pinterest posts and whatnot.

The best thing however is that about 90% of its functionality is free. There's nothing to download, not even that annoying signup prompt.

While its good that they have made some sensible defaults to keep things minimal, but I don't like the default hand-writing font. As soon as I found it, I have searched online for ways to change it.

Also, it would have been better if they allow external images and SVGs to be edited natively in Excalidraw.

The ease of creating sketches has made my work simpler, it is a very complete tool with all its features gathered in the same platform that allows me to share my work more quickly with my colleagues, I started using the free version and seeing such wonderful work I started the payment mode which has more professional features and makes each creation even easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also use Visio for drawing technology architecture diagrams, and unfortunately there is no round tripping or integration between Excalidraw and Visio currently.
