What was impressive at the end of it all is that we felt very relieved that everything went down smoothly and through it all it was effortlessly. I would not go so far as to say that I disliked any features, it is just that we could not fully exploit all of its them due to the lack of time we had assigned, though this app helped immensely to achieve our goal, we felt that amount of features that we used where enough, but we could have achieved more. The system is not a great tool to manage conference registration. It requires multiple clicks and steps to sned emails, cancel registrations, you couldn't do substitutions or change registration types without cancelling records completely and creating new ones. Working in a small office means that there usually isn't enough man power to get all the heavy lifting of an event completed, such as creating the materials for handout or the day-of tasks in maintaining the entire conference.
