It's a great events management system that supports bookings, and the pro version allows you to take payments for bookings. Once it's put together, the front end looks nice, and most features work well. The ones that don't can be worked around or disabled. They have a handy advanced settings section where you can adjust the code of various sections to suit your needs without making or editing template files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some things just don't work. The main support channel is through their pro forums, and it takes a few days to get a response. I reported issues over a month ago that still haven't been fixed – all I was told was they were being "escalated". Some custom Javascript was required In order to make things fully functional, and the advanced search is not usable. This was a great Wordpress plugin to start off with. It has all the basics for a small business with less than 20 events a year, but we outgrew it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
