I like that the app has a lot of integrations needed to make the event experience enjoyable for all users. The interface is easy to use, and the various add-ons make it simple to customize the event to exactly what you need. Their customer service is also fantastic and helpful when asked a question. They do not have a Host view on the mobile app, so I believe all the management will have to be done on the browser. I also wish that they had more templates/customization options, perhaps templates that would correspond with each event type, for example, conference, happy hour, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our open source conferences, we were looking for a platform that takes the part of networking and staying-connected at a conference to another level. We wanted to combine the offline and online experience of our participants, and decided to go with Eventee. Not only does it provide the opportunity to network and get to know other participants virtually, it also lets you put together your own schedule by choosing your favorite talks. Those were the main reasons we chose Eventee! Other amazing features, which are perfect for us, are the possibility to provide documents on the conference proceedings etc., as well as the chance to always stay up to date and not miss any changes.
