LOVE the ease of use. I was able to set up my event in about 15 minutes. The team has been thoughtful about design and making the most crucial features visible. I especially love the add a speaker feature - it's just fast and easy. I've used so many other event apps that are a hassle. Would be great to be able to customize the types of events. We are limited to workshop, break, or speaking. Would be nice to have dinner, party, etc. Even icons to denote whether food will be served. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very user-friendly & well-priced. Contains most, if not all, the functionalities required for an event app, at a fraction of the cost of other platforms. There are some features that do need to be added or updated (for instance, aspects of networking, user upload options etc.). This is an ongoing process and developments are constantly being made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Eventee since 2020 and the app has moved a lot since then. We also appreciate the fact that the developers of the application listen to our opinions and comments from the normal use of the application and move it further. The combination of use for online and face-to-face events, evaluation of speakers, the possibility to ask questions and make polls is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for polls, we would also appreciate a different form of questions. At conferences, for example, it is great to use the world cloud.

I liked Eventee very much. I just have a few points on how it could be even better!
- Making a profile - if people clicked the email everything worked well, but if they downloaded the app from the App store then they needed a password to login to their profile (and they never had put in a password). When they first open their profile it would be creat if they could connect to a social media or put in a password for their account.
- The appearance of the schedule under "Program" in the app could be better. The horizontal presentation is difficult to read, and people got quite confused and didn't see the whole schedule as, e.g. if there was something happening late in the evening you had to scroll far to see it. I had to reply to countless emails regarding this. It would have been beneficial if we could have made the whole conference appear under Agenda (or somehow make it easy for people to select everything at once to make it appear there) - because under agenda the schedule appears very clearly (and that's the interface that sold me that app when I was looking for an app).
- Networking didn't really work well - for smaller conferences, the Tinder option is not necessary. It would have been much better if our participants could have seen everyone who was partaking.
- Networking notification - the notification for every match popped up on the app as unread messages, meaning I constantly had unread messages even though I had opened them up. I think that's unnecessary - only if someone would talk to you do you need a notification to appear.
- Networking speakers. Some people were both participants and speakers, and they got confused that they had sent me their bio, but then their profile under networking was empty. It would be great if you could connect your speaker and networking profiles.
- Networking (again) profiles - it would be great if as an admin could have filled out the profiles of participants. Some people had problems filling it out but there was no way I could help them. Also when importing the emails it would be great if you could at least import the company and title along with it to prefill that into the networking profile.
- News photos - it would be great if it would be possible to add more than one photos.
- Questions - when questions are sent in the admin/moderator of the app should receive a notification

The fact that everything was modularized and designed to create easily, saved me so much time. The event site was ready in less than an hour. I honestly had quotes from almost 7-8 different top online event-platforms, and yes some had fancy features but were charging fortunes (at least over 10-20 grands) even for just 1 event, which was unrealistic for a not-so-big-single event. The compatibility and optimizations among PC-Mobile-APP need to be reviewed and improved. There were multiple bugs here and there, and the buttons would appear and/or disappear depending on the approaching link...etc. I had already reported in details to the c/s, so hopefully they've read and validated the feedback. I trialled multiple event apps and settled on Eventee because it had all the features we were looking for. It was sleek and simple, and easy for multiple people on our team to use in the back end.
