I've used several event APP programs but this is by far the best from a support standpoint. Uploading content when creating the site is easy. The APP itself is intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be awesome to have some kind of group chat or other social functions besides one on one messaging to bring more "community feeling" into the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and easy to input conference details such as schedules, speakers' photos and bios. Visually looked great, professional and modern. Easy for attendees to navigate and use. Liked the interactive functions like Questions and Polls and rating each session (and the ability for attendees to leave comments). The Engagement wall was great as all the attendees could be notified live each time a post was made. It was also very useful to be able to see the speakers photos and information on their bio attached to all of the different sessions. Scanning the QR code and the shareable link were also very easy for attendees to use. The support staff were also helpful and prompt at responding to us, making the experience a lot more smooth. The Question function could be improved, questions were only visible to some people and to varying degrees (some saw a couple of questions while others could see no comments at all). And there was no way to see comments live from the desktop page (you have to download the comments as an excel sheet) so it was difficult to provide comments to the moderators of sessions in real time (as some moderators couldn't see any of the questions on the mobile app either). Being able to edit engagement wall posts on the mobile app would also be great (currently can only edit on desktop webpage). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Eventee started as a simple event app, it’s now evolved into a virtual event hub with session interaction, sponsor tools, matchmaking and more. Attendees are impressed with how easy it is to use and what's included. I appreciate having a detailed visual schedule of sessions that can be sorted by tracks (great for multi-day events). Attendees are also able to view information about the speakers and sponsors, as well as network with each other. I had a few glitches with the playback of session videos during concurrent sessions, and some attendees had difficulty logging in. But since my event was a while back, those issues may have been fixed by now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to setup and run your events, I really like the event tracks (or content tracks) so it is easy to setup as needed or divide your audience by department, it was really a 2-hour setup and done. Loved the interactive features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
