What do you like best about Eventee?

Eventee's analytics are fantastic. Our conference just ended and we're able to easily access and analyze the feedback from our presentations and workshops. We have been trying to reduce paper waste, and Eventee has allowed us to eliminate the 40+ page paper conference brochures we generally use. It has also eliminated paper reviews/feedback forms for every conference session. The analytics tools help us better utilize attendee feedback in order to maximize the content for future conferences. What do you like best about Eventee?

The app supported our event of 300 people (over 100 lectures on artificial intelligence - AIFEST) connected in real time with no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app's time is related to the user's smartphone time, so the lecture calendar may appear shifted between different timezone people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eventee?

We've started cooperation with Eventee even before their public release. The fact that we were involved in some decisions about the structure of the API for example is excellent and it really helped us move things in our conference further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eventee?

Main disadvantage we had so far was linking users from our website to Eventee (we were trying to do it in 2017) and we abandoned the idea when we realised that we would need to hand over all the email addresses and therefore we have user profiles on our website and in Eventee separated. On the other hand doing so is painful with every other option we have been investigating back then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Eventee solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main thing was that we have completely stopped giving out paper conference programs to our attendees and we only encourage them to use Eventee as a source of the schedule. Our conference is very dynamic and we finalise program based on votes of attendees only a few days before the conference. Having all of this in app eases the process.

Other things we don't need to focus on is collecting feedback of the content after the conference and we fully rely on Eventee with this matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
