The learning curve was very low. I was able to jump right in and easily create my test event. The amount of features for the price are great. Huge amount of value here for the money. I like that it is modular meaning I can enable only the features I really need for my type of event. Highly recommend at least giving it a try to see if it fits your needs. I didn’t personally find it a problem but more flexibility with how things are displayed in both desktop view and mobile view. I also tested it out as an attendee and I wish there was an at a glance view to make it quick and easy to add speaker sessions that I want to attend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eventee allows easy access for our users. I saves us a ton of dollars over past events that required more "paper" direction, which is often outdated before the event begins, or cost more for last minute rush reprinting. The flexibility in moving speakers is great. Attendees seem to appreciate the networking component, as it is less daunting than some programs. Also appreciate the "sponsor" aspects. Inability to provide different levels of service to the end user based on level of ticket purchased. Inability to us this concept to provide things like pre- conference classes etc, without have a completely separate ticket, which requires a seperated effort for the end user to reenter all pertinent information. Eventee comes with an easy-to-use interface. It provides a number of options like live polls, live questions and many more to enhance the attendee experience.

As of now there is not much to dislike about Eventee and I think it is all because they do seem to seriously listen to customer feature requests. Ease of use and huge opportunities for engaging the users. Real time pools, licked video streaming, speakers rating, live push notifications. This way you can engage the users before, on and after the event. Zapier integration makes bridge with many ticket selling and marketing instruments. I really like Eventee as an app for hosts and attendees to connect and be in communication on so conveniently and easily. Especially for events that take place over several days or even weeks. And that it is designed for both offline and online events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The first thing that really caught my attention when first using Eventee is how comprehensive and easy to navigate it is. The interface of the app is very user-friendly and it's also easy to set everything up - from adding a speaker lineup to making changes to the agenda. The networking option within the platform is also a really nice touch to the overall user experience. After our event has ended, the statistics showed the number of connections made which gave us valuable insights on how important the networking aspect is for our attendees. Also, whenever we had any questions, the Eventee support team was always there to answer it. Overall, I can strongly recommend this platform to other event organizers!
