It's a magical app for our events. Personally, I love the QR code that can be shared. Much better than links. Just scan it and "wooollaa" you are signed in. Just 1 click. Then also polls during the event. Live polls. That helps a lot. Also custom menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only problem we had was when we integrated Mailchimp to Eventee it just sent an invitation email to all subscribers. Which is bad. There is no chance to choose who should get an invitation email. I was told it will be fixed soon so I'm hoping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Eventee is amazing. I have been doing fashion events for years. Eventee is the best tool that I needed to solve a lot of my problems.
It enabled us to manage virtual and hybrid events with the same tool from the same platform.

I love the ability to engage my audience when putting together a virtual event. As I work with my digital marketing clients, we have a mobile app solution for their event, and it really puts the quality over the top! I would like to see more native integrations with other CRMs and email platforms. They have Zapier which opens a lot of doors, but the pricing on Zapier can increase quickly. It would be helpful to see some native integrations that allow us to save attendees and reach them on other platforms like ActiveCampaign or others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you need to manage virtual and hybrid events with the same tool from the same platform, this is the tool for you. With this, our users can get used to the same tool whether it is hybrid or a straight virtual event. The UX is very easy to use, slick and quite fast and get to the point of what it intended to do fast. Very simple to use and how does the job amazingly well. It also has a ton of practical features that are essential for hosting a successful virtual event such push notifications on things like new upcoming sessions, speaker updates, rescheduling, cancellation, event news, and so forth. Considering that the pandemic showed organizations that events don't need to be in person any more, I can see Eventee being a regular part of my networking and event hosting efforts for the near future. Honestly I like all of it. I havent had any issues with it yet. I guess the only thing id recommend is a way to handle polling during events. Id like to have polls in my slides and get responses in eventee ahead of time. We do use some live polls but they slow down the presentation. having them in advance could make things better. Eventee give us the ability to modify and customize events via the easy-to-use format. Their app for planning events is exceptional. Eventee is a web-based tool to help you design and manage events. It is easy to create event pages, collect attendee information, include maps with venues, create different rooms for different lectures and workshops and so on. It also has a mobile app with event features for exhibitors and attendees. So we can offer the attendees the event experience directly in their app. They also generate a QR code exclusive link, that takes the attendees directly to your event in the app.
Also... and this for me is a game-changer! It provides a "tinder" like experience for attendees. The attendee chooses if they want to participate or not. They also choose how few people they want to talk to. Networking via in-browser and app messaging during the event is an interesting way for businesses attendees to reach out to people and strengthen existing business relationships. The ease of use in navigating the interface and quickly set up an event is one of the main features I purchased Eventee. Yes, there's always room for improvement but the Eventee team has given some thought to getting you to your end goal quickly and intuitively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any app trying to find a footing in the cluttered landscape of like-apps, the one thing I look forward to is more integrations with other apps. Gone are the days of using one or two apps to get the job done, the only way to improve your odds of sticking around is to improve the number of integrations with other apps - Eventee is making headway on this and I look forward to more improvements and an aggressive roadmap.
